These West Chester, PA, homeowners were looking something new in their master bathroom and his and her's walk in closets. The original space was too segmented and enclosed. So we re-configured and renovated the two water closets, main bathroom area, and two walk in closets. The new spaces are bright, open, and contemporary, featuring Calcutta marble, a soaking tub alcove with built-in shelves and custom millwork,a large marble shower with body jets and multiple shower heads, and custom cabinetry and shelving, and a make up desk in the walk in closets. Location: Denver, CO, USA Dado designed this 4,000 SF condo from top to bottom. A full-scale buildout was required, with custom fittings throughout. The brief called for design solutions that catered to both the client’s desire for comfort and easy functionality, along with a modern aesthetic that could support their bold and colorful art collection. The name of the game - calm modernism. Neutral colors and natural materials were used throughout. "After a couple of failed attempts with other design firms we were fortunate to find Megan Moore. We were looking for a modern, somewhat minimalist design for our newly built condo in Cherry Creek North. We especially liked Megan’s approach to design: specifically to look at the entire space and consider its flow from every perspective. We converted what used to be this home’s master bedroom suite into a study and home office. We really enjoyed creating the built in book shelves for this study. These custom units feature open and adjustable shelving, and full roll out drawers for bottom storage. Connected to the study is a quiet home office and a powder room. Red oak hardwood floors run throughout the study and office. This light and airy home in Chadds Ford, PA, was a custom home renovation for long-time clients that included the installation of red oak hardwood floors, the master bedroom, master bathroom, two powder rooms, living room, dining room, study, foyer and staircase. remodel included the removal of an existing deck, replacing it with a beautiful flagstone patio. Each of these spaces feature custom, architectural millwork and custom built-in cabinetry or shelving. A special showcase piece is the continuous, millwork throughout the 3-story staircase. The sleek porcelain tile flooring elevates the look of this gorgeous bathroom remodel in Ladera Ranch. This vanity also features undercabinet lighting to brighten up the space and add a modern feature.

Our objective in this home remodeling project was to transform our clients’ newly purchased Studio City cape cod style house into an aesthetically beautiful yet functional residence, that they could use for everyday living as well as entertaining friends and family. Our clients loved the original exterior design but wanted an almost entirely changed interior and backyard. We worked with them through the initial stages of design and material selection to ensure that we understand their vision. We integrated elements of contemporary and farmhouse designs throughout the interior. We created an open floor plan with a lot of natural light making a spacious, bright and connected space. We did this through some structural changes and the addition of glass sliding doors and windows. The open floor plan combined with the fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, plenty of recessed lighting, and many other details managed to literally amaze our clients. We also created a master suite by expanding the master bathroom and constructing a walk-in closet. A new bathroom addition as well as a new pool house along with a new pool and spa were the other parts of this home remodeling project. The new pool and pool house along with a simple yet beautiful landscaping gave the backyard a whole new look. The roof, the HVAC system as well as all doors and windows were replaced. The garage was remodeled and the door replaced. This was a truly beautiful home remodeling at its best by Ava Homes.
