Painted White Reclaimed Wood wall paneling clads this guest sleeping space in an Oregon cottage. The beams above the bed are weathered gray Douglas Fir sourced from Anthology Woods. A library ladder provides access to the storage loft above, and the vaulted space has a reclaimed wood feature wall. Generous windows bathe the space in bright natural light.

This boy's love of sports, in particular, basketball, guided the vision for this room. The super solid furniture donated by @homeandkidz in Paramus will withstand the test of time for years to come. The lofted bed creates a perfect spot for a growing boy to hide out and do some homework or sort through binders full of sports cards.

Location: Spring Lake, NJ, US Our design goal for this renovation and addition was to present a modern interpretation of Colonial Plantation Style. This home features dark wood floors, wood paneling and a light soothing color scheme. The Dining Room features classic silk De Gournay Wallpaper which further fuses the indoor and outdoor seamlessness of the home. The amazing tile installations permeate the decor with color, texture and pattern. The shaker-style kitchen is refreshed by using black cabinetry, a custom stainless hood and La Cornue Range. We enjoyed adding vintage finds throughout - a farm table for the Kitchen, Bergere chairs in the Entry, and a Victorian Flower mirror in the Powder Room. threshold interiors ensures that your beach retreat is elegant, transitional and most importantly comfortable and relaxing! House was designed after the original 1770's house on the property. Home was designed to be a formal house but was now being used as a weekend retreat. Ann Kenkel had to decorate the house in a manner which was coastal enough so owner's felt like they were on vacation yet formal enough for the style of the house. AK found the house filled with wallpaper from the 1980's. Wallpaper from every room was removed and all trim had to be painted a neutral color. The formal dining room only had one entry. AK opened up a second entry into the dining room which provided a view of the Chesapeake Bay.
