Living room with marble fireplace, wood paneled library with fireplace and built-in bookcases, spacious kitchen with 2 Subzero wine coolers, 3 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 2 microwave ovens, 2 islands plus eating bar, elegant dining room opening into the covered outdoor limestone dining patio; luxurious master suite with fireplace, vaulted ceilings, slate balconies with decorative iron railing and 2 custom maple cabinet closets; master baths with Jacuzzi tub, steam shower and electric radiant floors. Other features include a gym, a pool house with sauna and half bath, an office with separate entrance, ample storage, built-in stereo speakers, alarm and fire detector system and outdoor motion detector lighting.

Solid Apollo LED. The owner of this kitchen found that after the remodel, the lighting on the countertops was much darker than anticipated from the dark colored granite counter tops. The owner choose to use Premium LED Light Bars in Daylight White for a finished appearance which easily plugged together. The Premium LED Light Bars are a low profile modular design with built in hinges for quick installation. For controlling the lights, the owner choose to use the light bar motion detector, to turn on the lights by the wave of a hand, and the owner also used an inline dimmer switch to fine tune the brightness from the light bars.

The KELVIN LED GREEN MODE I adjustable table lamp provides direct lighting, with double pantograph arm and adjustable head. The ON/OFF switch is electronic with optical mechanism located in the head. The new Kelvin LED GREEN is offered in 2 different modes: Kelvin LED GREEN I with Daylight Sensor Kelvin LED GREEN II with Daylight Sensor & Motion Sensor In order to activate the Daylight/Motion Sensor, simply keep your finger on the touch sensor switch on lamp head for a few seconds until it turns from orange to GREEN. Once the Daylight Sensor is activated, Kelvin LED Green Mode I & II will automatically adjust its light output by responding to the brightness of the work surface it is illuminating. The FLOStouch (TM) Technology touch sensor switch is active at all times allowing for manual control of ON/OFF switch and bypassing the Motion Detector. The Daylight Sensor and Motion Sensor function independently of each other.

The driving force for the design of the new bathrooms was to completely reinvent the space to stylishly meet the clients’ current and future needs. Re-working the entire layout of the space was needed to achieve the goal. With a transitional style, we brought it rustic finished and modern colors to the space to reflect the character and style of the clients. The new placement of the shower and tub opened up the space allowing natural light penetrate throughout the entire room, making the space feel larger than before. With the addition of a custom frameless glass walk-in shower, a drop in tub under the window with tile surround, custom cabinetry with His and Her side, the couple is now enjoying their new master bath custom designed for their unique needs.
