Thoughtfully designed, it can be refilled when needed without opening the oven door and interrupting the cooking process. Auto Steam Bake mode temperatures range from 210°F to 445°F. Convection mode: A fan circulates hot air from a heating element at the back of the oven to distribute heat evenly around food for consistent results and browning. Convection mode temperatures range from 85°F to 445°F. Convection Humid mode: In Convection Humid mode, a heating element at the back of the oven produces heat and oven ventilation is sealed so that moisture produced during cooking remains in the oven. Convection Humid temperatures range from 85°F to 445°F. Convection Steam mode: Use Convection Steam for any foods you want to be tender inside and roasted or crisped outside. Convection steam mode temperatures range from 85°F to 445°F. Gourmet mode: Gourmet mode uses a climate sensor to adjust time, temperature and humidity for ideal results with no guesswork. Slow Roast mode: Slow Roast mode is an ultimate convenience. Insert the probe into your prepared meat, select a slow roast setting for the dish you're preparing, tell the oven what time you want it done, and come home to a perfectly cooked meal. Recipes mode: Use Recipes mode and the collection of built-in recipes to harness the power of the oven's many different cooking modes to easily cook entire meals from appetizers and entrees to desserts. Keep Warm mode: The combination of convection and steam heat preserves food’s taste, texture, looks and quality so every bite is as delicious as if it were fresh from the oven. Keep multiple dinner plates warm at once, making staggered meal times more convenient. Temperature probe: The temperature probe alerts you when your dish has reached the desired temperature, eliminating guesswork when preparing roasts and other meats. Multiple pans and rack positions: Two included pans can be placed in any of four rack positions. Both pans are stainles steel – one solid, and the other with a perforated bottom that is particularly well-suited for dishes prepared in Steam mode. Delayed start: What time would you like your dish to be ready? Simply program in a time. The oven turns on at the right moment and adjusts the cooking process so the food is ready to serve precisely when you want it. Removed the old cabinets, installed new Medallion cabinets with dovetail soft close drawers, pullout drawers, adjustable shelves, raised panel doors with hidden hinges, Cambria quartz countertop, 4" LED recess lights with dimmer switches, mosaic backsplash tile, LED under-cabinet lighting, new electrical switches, receptacles, and plates, Delta gooseneck faucet with soap dispenser, and new cabinet hardware.

Nina’s bathroom had served its purpose for years, but the dated tub, framed shower, and long mirror no longer reflected her style. She chose to reimagine the space into something brighter, more open, and designed for everyday comfort. The large corner tub and framed shower were removed, making way for a spacious curbless design. Arizona Tile Pebble Mosaics in Mica were installed on the floor, paired with a Driftwood grout that brings warmth and texture. Bianco Lasa polished wall tile was placed in a horizontal pattern for balance. An accent band and recessed niches in Siberian Pearl Brushed Amalfi Marble Mosaic introduced dimension, while Delta Trinsic fixtures in matte black created a striking finish. Waypoint Painted Linen 410F cabinets were installed along the 105-inch vanity wall, fitted with Elements Naples matte black handles for a crisp, modern touch. Ultra Shelf Walnut floating shelves in Jacobean were added between sinks for storage and display. Della Terra Quartz in Cortona Gold was selected for the countertops, with a subtle bullnose edge. MSI Surfaces white rectangular undermount sinks were installed, each paired with Delta Trinsic widespread matte black faucets. Above the vanity, Ren Wil Danske beveled mirrors were mounted, complemented by Longshore Tides Angelos 2-light vanity fixtures in plated smoke. The new lighting added warmth while highlighting the polished quartz and cabinet finishes. The walls were painted Dunn Edwards Shady DEC774, with white trim and ceiling paint to match existing finishes, tying the room together in a fresh, cohesive palette. The remodel turned Nina’s bathroom into a calming retreat with timeless materials and thoughtful updates. The new shower, vanity, and consistent finishes elevated the space, providing a fresh balance of beauty and everyday function.

This upscale Condo had a Hall bath that was anything but upscale. The builder model bathtub and fixtures were not up to the owner’s standards. The molded plastic theme carried over to the vanity top with an “integrated molded sink”. The large plate glass mirror completed the look. We installed a deep acrylic soaking tub with large format porcelain tile walls, and a recessed niche with a matching quartz sill. The vitreous china sink is mounted under a rich quartz vanity top, and a large recessed medicine cabinet with LED light bars integrated into the mirror adorns the wall.

Glass railings are sleek and elegant and bring an upscale look to any design while also providing more light and openness to the area. They can be a beautiful complement to any style staircase. This stunning staircase is a Mountain Contemporary style, with an Industrial touch, in that the bolt heads and rivets are exposed in some places. 1/2" Low Iron glass panels were mounted between the posts with custom designed and custom machined square glass clamps. The freestanding open rise stairs are on 1/2" x 12" plate steel stringers. The block treads were made from actual European White Oak lumber that was imported from Europe and then wire brushed to accentuate the beautiful grain. All the steel, including the handrail, received a patina and bee's wax finish. This project was completed in White Pine, Park City, Utah, in a spectacular home constructed by Midway Construction, one of the best home builders out there!

Linear mosaic stone and glass accent tile. Multiple shower niches including two in shower and one at lowered height near tub with linear glass and stone accent tile back. Natural color pebble shower floor tile. White Reef granite vanity counters, shower floor curb and seat, ledge at tub and window sill. Kohler free standing cast iron tub. Kohler polished nickel shower, tub and vanity plumbing fixtures with Kohler Ladena rectangular under mount sinks. Factory Builder Store custom 10 ft vanity with center tower cabinet. Metal framed vanity mirrors with nickel plated 3-wall light and matching left / right sconce lighting.
