This 28 unit project consists of four seven unit multi-family homes just two blocks away from Sloan’s Lake. The design takes advantage of city and mountain views while gathering around a private urban park and garden. The genesis of the project creates a community within the neighborhood. This project is designed for LEED Gold certification, is solar ready, and utilizes a district geothermal (ground source) heat-pump system for mechanical heating and cooling .

The Voyage chandelier is a dramatic four‑level custom installation designed to transform a tall staircase into a luminous vertical gallery. Each hand‑blown glass pendant is crafted with sculptural precision, then arranged in a cascading formation that flows seamlessly through all four levels of the stairwell. The composition creates a sense of movement and elegance, enhancing the architecture while filling the space with warm, ambient light.
Tailored to the exact height and proportions of the home, the Voyage chandelier features custom lengths, custom glass colors, and a refined canopy engineered to anchor the entire installation with minimalist sophistication. From every floor, the chandelier reveals a new perspective—glowing like a floating ribbon of glass that connects the levels of the home with artistry and light.
This bespoke installation reflects our signature approach: museum‑level craftsmanship, architectural balance, and fully personalized design for luxury residences with multi‑story staircases and exceptional ceiling heights.

Iron Mill | Multi 468's varying light grey colors offer a clean and monochromatic look for modern projects. Similar to our Stack 468 collection, this collection incorporates a rock face texture with natural ends in coordinating sizes but also adds a mix of smooth face textures for a modern look.

The landscape design for this private residence brings together a diverse array of elements to create an ethereal, multi-sensory experience where sound, movement, colour and scent are simultaneously evoked. Shielded by a forty foot hedge, the site challenged us to create an exterior, yet interior, world where Asian and Western influences intersect. In honouring the traditions of Feng Shui, the retaining wall does not sit directly on the entrance. Meditation pathways lead to areas of retreat and socialization (including an outdoor fire, a restored pool and covered seating area). An ergonomic garden and potting station lined with fruit trees allows the client to grow her own plants and vegetables. A multi-leveled water feature is framed with lush camellias and peonies; the landscape is lined with evergreens and decorated with Chinese basalt and local granite. The multi-sensory design comes to life in the grove of Shirofugen cherry trees as it sheds its petals to the music of a custom Corten steel wind chime sculpture made by English artist David Harber. A weather station was placed on site for a month to determine the weight of the chimes—each one set to the pentatonic scale. This is a space where our clients can grow and evolve their lives with the seasons.

A stunning multi-room Chicago condo remodel. Our clients wanted a sleek contemporary look to complement the custom fireplace we designed which was achieved with modern shades of gray and matching marble-look countertops and backsplash. Incorporating display shelves in the stunning island not only allows the clients to display their favorite treasures, but allows for a great place for entertaining.

In the master bath, a free-standing soaker tub was added for spa-like relaxation, while the shower is enveloped in marble for the most luxurious finishing touch. We carried on the marble in the guest bath but complimented it with a polished herringbone tile to draw the eye into the room. The powder room got a simple update but allows the beautiful bamboo screen the clients previously owned to be the focal point.
