Remodel of this great ocean view home in Laguna Beach. We remodeled a outdated fireplace that did not flow with the rest of the home and created a streamlined contemporary fireplace using neolith slabs, custom Italian cabinets, and a custom decorative metal flame burner in the firebox. The result was an updated space that complimented the architecture of the home.

Located in the prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, this penthouse was a Design + Build by Sire Design. Renovating the complete space, we updated the home with a contemporary feel all while incorporating modern elements. The clients' wish was to create a space that reflected the relaxed South Beach lifestyle, calling for a monochromatic color palette, added textures and incorporated subtle tones throughout the space.. These reclaimed wood shelves were rescued old rafters from a house that was being renovated in Brooklyn. The bench is over 10' long, and came from an antique dealer in the Navy Yard area. A custom cushion was added for the seat. The wood - all kiln dried - fuels the wood stove upstairs in winter.

This memorial garden is a tribute to a beloved son, friend, and brother who tragically passed away from a fatal overdose. The garden is intended to be a serene and uplifting space where friends and family can come to reflect and remember him. This garden’s purpose is to celebrate Beau’s life and personality, offering comfort and peace without focusing heavily on the aspect of loss.

This ocean-front shingled Gambrel style house is home to a young family with little kids who lead an active, outdoor lifestyle. My goal was to create a bespoke, colorful and eclectic interior that looked sophisticated and fresh, but that was tough enough to withstand salt, sand and wet kids galore. The palette of coral and blue is an obvious choice, but we tried to translate it into a less expected, slightly updated way, hence the front door!
