This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. This previously unused attic space is now a sauna/yoga room. The left sauna wall follows the attic rafters down diagonally to allow a wider space for leg room on the twin sauna benches.

The grey trend has evolved in the last twelve months. Nowadays browns, beige and a touch of grey are in demand. Greige is the new buzzword. Includes shower box with linear glass accent tile back and vertical glass accent band. Tile edges are finished with Schluter Jolly satin aluminum profile edge trim.

This is an example of a traditional landscaping in Orange County.

All of the drapery panels throughout the main level of the house were hand embroidered down the leading of edge of the ivory linen face panels with this moorish inspired pattern. A natural, open weave, sheer fabric is attached to the backs of the panels, exposed at the leading edges. This application adds lovely texture from the outside of the home, softening the ivory and blending with the stone and stucco exterior.
