The laundry area is located in the kitchen. It is concealed behind doors. It has a pantry to the left, the concealed washer and dryer area in the middle and a broom closet to the right.

We converted an oddly placed closet in the family room with this much needed home "office" for the homeowners. It integrates into the surrounding area and has become a little focal point.

Made by Humanscale®, this height-adjustable modern desk lets you easily alternate between sitting and standing throughout your workday. A unique counterbalanced mechanism allows the desktop to smoothly “float” up or down when you engage the one-handed release lever. The desk moves quickly and quietly without electric motors or cranks. The tension also adjusts to accommodate the weight of items placed on the surface. With clean lines and an array of top and base options, this ergonomic and health-conscious desk complements any work environment.

This master bathroom is an oasis of clean, bright design with an abundance of natural light. Our Miami clients wanted a contemporary space, and we gave them hyper modernism with custom materials imported from Italy. A glass walk-in shower with sleek fixtures is a subtle touch to balance the dramatic artwork. Our favorite feature in this master bath is the hand-made mosaic micro tile wall. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. She serves Miami as well as surrounding areas such as Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, and Hallandale Beach.
