Tropical islands are the focal point for the design build of the acreage behind this stunning, Mediterranean-style home. The hardscape features a three level pool, including a toddler pool and a wading pool. Starting at the reef, there are three leaf petal loungers which allow you to recline in four to six inches of water at your feet. Limestone holy boulders are placed strategically along the edge for a natural element. A beautiful blend of earthy colors within the flagstone create a natural and rustic pool deck. All of the steps and bench seating inside the pool are also made of flagstone (custom fabricated flagstone coping for this project was completed on site). The toddler pool features fiber optic lighting which was installed at the bottom of the pool in the gunnite shell to create the reflection of a starry, celestial sky (fiber optic lighting can be used to create any number of shapes or constellations). An infinity edge crashes over beautiful stone and tile work, falling into a wading pool below. Another special feature is a water feature of riverstone cobbles sitting below dancing flames. Large stepping stones alongside this feature lead you to a lounge pool deck creating the feeling of an island retreat. Limestone slabs were used for a path of steps that take you through the landscaping back to the main house. A gazebo was added to hold an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a pool house with restrooms. All of the outdoor features are automated, allowing you to operate water temperature, fire features, water features, even the music and lighting from your smartphone.

The outdoor kitchen counter tops have fiber optic LED lights that subtly change colors to add to the ambiance of the evening. This is a polished concrete counter top with glass inlaid in.

Several beautiful features make this jacuzzi spa and swimming pool inviting for family and guests. The spa cantilevers over the pool . There is a four foot infinity edge water feature pouring into the pool. A lazy river water feature made out of moss boulders also falls over the pool's edge adding a pleasant, natural running water sound to the surroundings. The pool deck is exposed aggregate. Seat bench walls and the exterior of the hot tub made of moss rock veneer and capped with flagstone. The coping was custom fabricated on site out of flagstone. Retaining walls were installed to border the softscape pictured. We also installed an outdoor kitchen and pergola next to the home. We installed fiber optics and LED lights to illuminate the pool at night. You can choose the color of your liking or from several colors to set the mood of the event you're hosting.

pebble tec pool with submerged spa illusion. This type of design is one of my favorite styles. We create the illusion the spa is at the same water elevation of the pool by using creative plumbing techniques. In actuality the spa is slightly above the pools water level, allowing the spa to be heated independently of the pool. One nice feature of this design is the absence of salt stains on the spa spillway tile. The deck is colored salt finish concrete. Pool also has ultra low maintenance infloor cleaning system, and automation with iPhone control.
