Leaf Tile Tile Application
First of all, the area to be applied should be flat, if not, it should be corrected. Thin plaster should be applied to the area. Cement-based adhesive mortar should be used as adhesive mortar. The adhesive mortar is applied to the surface to be applied regularly and evenly with a fine notched trowel. Kütahya and İznik patterned tile tiles are placed on the surface to be laid. For non-slip and a flat application, you can press on it using a spirit level or wedge. It is an important issue that the Kütahya and Iznik tiles with Ottoman and Seljuk motifs complement each other.
After bonding the tile tiles to the surface, the grouting is ready for application. Normally, tiles are laid without joints. After the grouting material is prepared in accordance with the instructions, it is applied on the tile tiles. We recommend that you prefer antibacterial grouts, especially for patterned tile ceramic tiles that you will apply in your kitchens and bathrooms. After the joint application, the excess joints remaining on the tiles whose flooring has been completed are removed by wiping them with a wet sponge.

This house was bought and the homeowner’s wanted to completely remodel their kitchen and three bathrooms before they moved in. While the homeowners were in town we were able to establish a strong sense of what they were wanting to achieve and their tastes in design. However, most of the design, selections and construction was done while they were in New Hampshire. Thankfully with technology our team and the homeowners were able to communicate and successfully prepare the home so that when they moved in it felt like theirs.
The kitchen was a place where they wanted functionality and an open area to entertain guests and family.

Hong Kong people love to eat, and dishes like poon choi (basin cuisine) and rice cakes, prepared by family members, are rich in symbolic meanings of good fortune. Bulthaup, a top-tier global brand of high-end kitchen furniture, is known for its humanized craftsmanship and classic aesthetics of simplicity and freshness. Bright yet elegant, it embodies the home owner's appreciated taste and philosophy: the kitchen is not only an important expression of home functionality but also a testament to the mutual respect and dedication among family members.

Today I present a new project of my ethno-style mural. Several years ago I began to think about the development of modern interior design, since it is important for me not only to fill the space with things and colors, but also to express the very foundations, the origins of life.
I spent a lot of time in museums of decorative arts in Paris, Vienna, London, studying samples of ancient culture. For several years I went on long ethnographic travels and collected a small collection of antiques and vintage items. My maternal grandmother was a People's Artist of Ukraine in the technique of national embroidery and gave me a big love for decorative arts.
Today I present a project based on my research and new understanding of embroidery in a modern interior. Basis: ancient "Reshetilovskaya" embroidery from the Poltava region.
I completed the mural by transferring the old pattern to the wall. The work lasted 6 months, including research, sketches, preparation, color schemes, fitting. I also used a bit of gilding. In the current environment, this type of interior decoration is sustainable, relevant, and very inspiring.
The project has not been published anywhere before. If you are interested, I will send a photo and all the necessary materials and descriptions. I also have all my diplomas and certificates and ready to present them on request.

Our client in Stuartfield, Abeerdeenshire was looking for a kitchen that balanced style with functionality. The focus was on integrating a multi-use island for cooking, food preparation, and dining. Additionally, they expressed the need for a sizable table for family dining, as well as storage units in the dining area, inclusive of a wine cooler, wall, and shelving.
We selected the Nolte Stone range with MatrixArt handleless system for a sleek look. The furniture's concrete colour provided a contemporary feel, ensuring the kitchen exuded a sense of modern sophistication.
Nolte's 25mm Concrete worktop was an obvious choice to match the furniture, accompanied by a Holm Oak breakfast bar. To uphold quality and performance, we decked out the kitchen with a full suite of NEFF appliances, ensuring longevity and efficiency in everyday use.
We incorporated a Blanco Anthracite sink, contrasting beautifully with the worksurfaces as well as a Quooker Square Fusion instant boiling water tap, making everyday tasks that much simpler.

Bridle Path Residence — Classic Luxury Kitchen
This Bridle Path Residence kitchen is designed as a sophisticated interpretation of the classic estate kitchen, combining traditional architectural detailing with the scale, functionality, and visual refinement expected of a contemporary luxury home. The design is intentionally layered, using millwork, stone, glass, metal, and lighting to create a kitchen that feels established and timeless rather than trend-driven.
The cabinetry forms the architectural backbone of the space. Custom white millwork extends across the walls in a highly considered composition, integrating refrigeration, storage, display cabinetry, and the cooking zone into one cohesive envelope. The detailing is deliberately traditional, with framed doors, decorative moulding, fluted and curved elements, and carefully proportioned cabinetry creating a sense of permanence.
One of the strongest design moments is the range wall. Rather than treating the cooking area as purely utilitarian, the design gives it the presence of a built-in architectural focal point. The sculptural hood surround, decorative corbels, arched detailing, and integrated backsplash create a furniture-like composition around the range, giving the kitchen the character of a bespoke room rather than a collection of appliances.
The marble is used extensively to establish continuity throughout the space. The expressive veining across the backsplash and island creates natural movement against the otherwise quiet white palette. Carrying the stone across multiple surfaces allows the material to become an architectural element, while the restrained cabinetry provides the necessary balance.
Glass-front display cabinets introduce another layer of craftsmanship. Their decorative glazing breaks up the extensive white cabinetry and creates illuminated moments for curated objects and serveware. This balance between concealed storage and open visual display gives the kitchen a more residential, collected character.
The oversized island is designed as both a functional work surface and the social centre of the kitchen. Its generous proportions provide ample preparation space while creating a natural gathering point. The waterfall-like continuity of the stone surface emphasizes the scale of the island and reinforces the luxurious material palette.
Lighting is treated as an architectural feature rather than simply task illumination. Two substantial contemporary crystal ring pendants float above the island, introducing sparkle and a modern counterpoint to the traditional cabinetry. Their circular geometry also softens the predominantly rectilinear architecture and creates a strong focal point when viewed from the adjoining spaces.
Warm hardwood flooring provides an important grounding element. Its natural tone prevents the extensive white and marble palette from feeling overly cool, while creating continuity with the surrounding areas of the residence. The result is a kitchen that feels bright and refined while retaining warmth and residential comfort.
The overall design is built around timeless craftsmanship with contemporary luxury. Traditional millwork establishes character, dramatic natural stone provides visual richness, decorative glass adds refinement, and modern lighting introduces a fresh layer of glamour. The result is a highly tailored kitchen designed not only for cooking, but also for entertaining, gathering, and everyday living.
