Welcome to five separate units of luxury living.
The residences at Greenleaf are the new standard for living the integrated lifestyle. While multiple systems control everything from lighting and powered windows, to custom wireless shades, the life of a Greenleaf resident iseasily controlled through their touchscreen interface.
A Single Interface – Unlimited Control
Greenleaf units are all controlled through an AMX system using an intuitive iPad user interface. With such a powerful system, residents are able to control their lighting, as well as powered shades and motorized windows through the simple touch of a button.
Intelligence in Technology
Thanks to automated sensors, residents are always in the know about their home and safety – whether at home or away. The control system monitors the weather and natural lighting to close powered windows if they need to be shut for incoming rain, and raise or lower shades automatically.
Lights can be set to turn on as any resident gets home from work late at night, welcoming them home after a long day away. While they are getting ready to head out for a night on the town, residents can listen to their favorite music throughout the home and call the elevator when they’re ready all from one spot.
Call stations allow you to always know who is at the front door, so having multiple guests over for dinner is easier (with less trips up and down the stairs). Remote, secure access allows the home owner to control their property from anywhere in the world and make sure everything is safe and sound.
Save Energy Without Lifting a Finger
Motorized shades can be raised and lowered automatically by the system according to weather and season for efficient light harvesting. Dimmers throughout the residences are set to a default turn-on of 80% for more energy savings. Residents can monitor their heating and cooling systems, as well as energy use, all from their touch pads at home or away.
Control that Disappears
At every Greenleaf residence your eyes focus on the luxurious design, not the state-of-theart technology that seamlessly controls it all. Spire collaborated to create custom solutions focused around an integrated lifestyle while maintaining the high-end design expected at the Greenleaf Trust building.

The hidden home theater is cozy, but the interior dimensions were designed using the 'Golden Room' acoustical dimensions. Specific acoustic treatments were applied to all of the interior surfaces. The result was sound that rivals any commercial cinema and an experience the homeowner enjoys weekly.

Upgrade from 5.1 surround using Jamo Towers and surround speakers with Onkyo Receivers. New equipment consists of Definitive Technology BP 8060ST towers, A60 Atmos Top Speakers, BP-SR8040 bipolar surround speakers, CS-8060HD center channel speaker, New Onkyo Network receiver, control by RTI Panel App via network processor.

For amazing audio reproduction, we installed Sonus Faber left-center-right speakers, REL sub bass systems, Totem surrounds, and Bel Canto monoblock amplification. To ensure that the sound reaches ears exactly as intended, we specified Cinematech acoustical treatment. This was also the perfect application for Audioquest cabling. Using the skills we learned at Sumiko, we meticulously set the soundstage—a process that took two 3-hour visits to reach perfection.
For video, we chose an ultra-high performance 1080p Wolf projector that rivals most 4k projectors on the market, and a Wolf video processor.
Special attention was given to the high-voltage system in an effort to reduce the noise floor. We had the Romex electrical lines removed, and replaced with direct-to-panel jacketed electrical lines with 4 x 20 amp circuits, protected with SurgeX, and terminated with Furutech electrical outlets from Japan. Between this and the equipment, we used IsoTec power conditioning.

Inspiration for a mid-sized farmhouse medium tone wood floor and brown floor enclosed kitchen remodel in Other with a farmhouse sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, marble countertops, blue backsplash, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and no island

This image shows a modern, well-organized kitchen with a warm, contemporary design. The cabinetry features light wood with a subtle vertical grain pattern and sleek, brushed metal handles. At the center is a stainless-steel gas range with a matching vent hood above it, framed by marble or marble-look backsplash panels that extend to the countertop. On the stove, there are two metallic kettles or pots. To the left of the range, there’s a countertop with two bottles of wine, a decorative serving tray, and a teapot set. To the right, small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, food processor, and toaster are neatly arranged. The countertops are clean and lightly veined, complementing the cabinetry. The lighting is recessed in the ceiling, giving the space a bright and even illumination, and a light-colored floor tile and patterned rug run in front of the stove area. The overall effect is tidy, functional, and aesthetically cohesive.

Naturally, an extraordinary video experience calls for an equally extraordinary audio one, and we installed a full complement of Marantz power amplifiers and processors along with exceptional speakers. Top-of-the-line, professional-grade Klipsch KL-650 THX speakers were installed in a beautiful cabinet and used for the front left, right and center along with a pair of Klipsch JW-120 THX subwoofers and amps, with Klipsch Pro-7502-L-THX and Klipsch Pro-7800-S-THX in-ceiling and in-wall speakers installed for stellar surround-sound and Dolby Atmos audio.
