Inspiration for a modern home design remodel in Miami

This project was a one of a kind concrete beach home. It included the installation of concrete caissons into bed rock to ensure a solid foundation as this home sits over the water. This home is constructed entirely of concrete and glass, giving it a modern look, while also allowing it to withstand the elements. We are responsible for all concrete work seen. This includes the entire concrete structure of the home, including the interior walls, stairs and fire places. We are also responsible for the structural concrete and the installation of custom concrete caissons into bed rock to ensure a solid foundation as this home sits over the water. All interior furnishing was done by a professional after we completed the construction of the home.

Our client is a great cook and has well over 120 spices and seasonings. Her issue - always trying to find the right spice without moving others around each time. At All Buttoned Up we researched and found this fabulous solution. Now everything is organized and easily accessible using this solution by Vertical Spice. Our client is so happy, no more knocking over jars to reach the back of the cabinet. Plus we saved an entire shelf using this solution.

Taking advantage of every inch of space in this kitchen, maximizing storage was a necessity. With this in mind, the addition of pull-out drawers in toe kick areas were cleverly installed, hidden when not in use. Using high-end unlacquered hardware elevates the space and calls to the preexisting old-English feel of the home.
