Logan Wallace. This project was a personal one and a long time coming. When we bought our house in 2009, we decided to just "deal with it", that is, the nasty outdated upstairs bathroom. As soon as the St. Dominic project finished though, it was time to demo our bathroom. It was a lot of fun and hard work, but the end result is just amazing. Walls were taken down to the studs (plaster and lath removed), insulation installed, tub and toilet removed, plumbing adjusted, walls and floor leveled, tile installed, new tub and toilet and faucet set installed, light/vent moved and replaced with recessed light/vent, cedar plank ceiling installed, door hardware and trim replaced, paint (eggshell), satin poly on ceiling (2 coats), clean and seal all grout and slate floor tile (heated floor), cleanup and hooks, towel bars, under the counter ledge (for toothbrushes, etc.) installed.

This beautiful home is being completely remodeled to bring our clients designer thoughts to life! Our company was able to meet every design aspect in which the client wanted without any limitations. Black hexagon floor tiles trail throughout a retro, but updated kitchen with quirky light fixtures to match. Pure and simple colors such as whites and grays will make anyone feel right at home, but bring you plenty of life with splashes of the bold gold and black fixtures and tile that carries throughout.
There is much more to be seen, but until then our followers will just have to wonder what other awesome features this home has to offer!

Doing a remodel with the thought of long term should always be in mind. So when doing this project i knew i didn't want grout in the shower, then what are my options for something that looks timeless, would stand up to years of soaps, shampoo and still look great in years to come.
I had seen these sheets of porcelain from Spain at a trade show a number of years ago, it seemed that for my own bath it was a good project to give them a try. These are available in different sizes and thicknesses and i am really happy with them.
The cast iron bath tub with an antiqued chrome wrap is the Whitby from Penhaglion, it sits in front of the window which has an opaque small patterned film covering the once clear glass. The bath and sink faucets, come from Penhaglion, that I have to say is an amazing company to work with. Heated floors in the bath and shower area as well as a Toto toilet, all pulled together with a vintage sideboard that was refinished to suite the plumbing of the 2 drop in sinks.
