This condo home was completely renovated, designed with an open concept for living. The soft nautical styled pendant lights creates a stylish look for lakeside living. The KitchenAid stainless appliances add a culinary feel to this small kitchen and luxury vinyl tile flooring that appears as wood warms up this space throughout the unit. Kitchen accessories include plants, black and white and stainless finishes.Mixed metals are present through the home. Task lighting was also provided with flush mount LED's. Water purification was installed alongside a Moen pull-down spray kitchen faucet. The surfaces are granite in Midnight Sun with gray and black accent movement thru the slab countertop. Light gray painted walls and a matte black dining chandelier with double sconce lights were mounted on a featured shiplap wall in the dining area.

This double shower was designed to create a "calming enclosure" within which to start or end the day. A beautifully soft and neutral glazed tile, ample storage space with double niches, and a hassle-free solid surface floor successfully accomplished this feeling.

This quaint living room space is especially cozy. For this design we incorporated a variety of natural products to achieve a soft, subtle, and most importantly comfortable space. As you kick back and relax on the oversized plush sofa it will be hard to take your attention from the custom media center. We designed this media center using grey plywood veneer which gives it depth as well as a finished natural wood look. We hung two wall sconces one on each side of the media center to provide just the right amount of light to perfect the natural nook ambiance we were trying to achieve here. Each wall sconce is made of capiz shells more commonly known as windowpane oysters. This room has amazing natural design details down to the tops of the tables. Each of the end tables has a starburst effect in the black forest grove wood tops which are accented by a chrome finish on the iron table legs. The centerpiece that completes this nook is the stunning reclaimed wood coffee table that has personality with its natural cracks and crevices intact.

We built our house 22 years ago. I have been a custom window treatment professional for 16 years. I have fabricated lots of draperies, valance and Roman shades, and, rather considered pillows to be an afterthought. Not anymore! after two decades of kids, dogs and elderly parents our decor was looking a little shabby. We are slowly updated and have started with our family room, which needed new furniture. We purchased vintage pieces ad a Goodwill Super Store and then, with the help of my friend, Lynda Reid, of Lynda Reid Designs, chose fabrics from which I made piilows. Most of the fabrics are Vervain and I just love them/
