Inspiration for a shabby-chic style bedroom remodel in Vancouver

This project started when the owner decided to began their kitchen remodel job after they moved in 2 years earlier. She did not finish and was ready to sell the house when she called us to come in and install new cabinets, counter tops, a sink, and backsplash. Budget was the key on this one and we were able to incorporate very inexpensive finishes into a beautiful modern kitchen that helped the home sell for top dollar.

We removed the separating wall in between the kitchen and the back room. The kitchen Doubled in side when we were able to open up the floor plan by adding a peninsula with shiplap seating into the living room.

For this project, the homeowners wanted to make the best possible impression before putting their house on the market. The original hardwood floors were in good shape structurally but showed years of wear and a dated dark finish.The result is a warm, inviting home that feels fresh and move-in ready — the perfect foundation to help it stand out on the market and sell faster.

This project was a large scale make ready for sale. We upgraded the flooring through out the downstairs, added granite, repainted several rooms and updated the hardware and fixture. In the master bath we also refreshed the roll in shower and installed shower glass.

A Black and white themed Bathroom with Grey Hexagon floor Tile. The Shower walls are 12x24 White Porcelain Tile with Grey Veining to complement the Black and Grey Hexagon Shower floor. Also used in the Niche and Additional Soap Dish. The vanity is White with Black handles and a Black Widespread Faucet. Includes Undermount Sink with a White Ultra Quartz Vanity Top.

An Average size Kitchen with an L-shape Layout including an Island with Over hang. A Glass subway Tile Backsplash with the Raised Tier Granite on the Bay Window. Includes Plenty of Storage with Large Drawers, Rollout Spice Racks and Trash. Full Undermount sink to clean any pot or pan. Cabinet Crown Molding and Range Hood with Custom Fridge Surrounding cabinets. Also, Microwave has a custom cabinet
