This Paradise Model. My heart. This was build for a family of 6. This 8x28' Paradise model ATU tiny home can actually sleep 8 people with the pull out couch. comfortably. There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the back room, and a king size bed in the loft. This family ordered a second unit that serves as the office and dance studio. They joined the two ATUs with a deck for easy go-between. The bunk room has built-in storage staircase mirroring one another for clothing and such (accessible from both the front of the stars and the bottom bunk). There is a galley kitchen with quarts countertops that waterfall down both sides enclosing the cabinets in stone. There was the desire for a tub so a tub they got! This gorgeous copper soaking tub sits centered in the bathroom so it's the first thing you see when looking through the pocket door. The tub sits nestled in the bump-out so does not intrude. We don't have it pictured here, but there is a round curtain rod and long fabric shower curtains drape down around the tub to catch any splashes when the shower is in use and also offer privacy doubling as window curtains for the long slender 1x6 windows that illuminate the shiny hammered metal. The stairs up to the main sleeping loft double as a bookshelf and seamlessly integrate into the very custom kitchen cabinets that house appliances, pull-out pantry, closet space, and drawers (including toe-kick drawers). A granite countertop slab extends thicker than usual down the front edge and also up the wall and seamlessly cases the windowsill. The bathroom is clean and polished but not without color! A floating vanity and a floating toilet keep the floor feeling open and created a very easy space to clean! The shower had a glass partition with one side left open- a walk-in shower in a tiny home. The floor is tiled in slate and there are engineered hardwood flooring throughout.
