The assemblies a Chapter 7A rebuild is inspected against, built on our own projects across the greater Orange County and Los Angeles area. Class A roof assemblies, ember resistant venting, boxed eaves and tempered glazing. Every one of these is decided at framing, not at final inspection. We have not completed an Altadena rebuild, and we say so plainly.

The relentless Seattle rain had severely damaged the masonry, making a full chimney rebuild and flue liner replacement absolutely essential. Skilled technicians handled the complex brickwork and tuckpointing, laying down fresh mortar from the roofline up to the new chimney crown. By evening, the structural integrity was fully restored, leaving the homeowners with a safe, draft-free, and beautifully finished fireplace.
