The largest desktop in the collection, this design answers the need for a freestanding, floating desk that is perfect for meetings or wherever a larger workspace is needed. The desk includes a multi-function keyboard drawer and two side storage drawers. A wire management access panel in the top provides access to a lower tray for a convenient place to run power cables. Coordinates beautifully with the SEQUEL and SEMBLANCE collections to create a complete office.

The curved shape of the roof reflects the laminated lens-shaped lenticular trusses that make up the interior structure, with metal roofing and a corrugated steel soffit providing protection from the harsh elements. A juniper log found on the surrounding hillside received a vigorous sanding and environmentally friendly finish to function as the porch corner post.

Living room - cottage living room idea in Atlanta

Horizontal and vertical wood grid work wood boards is overlaid on an existing 1970s home and act architectural layers to the interior of the home providing privacy and shade. A pallet of three colors help to distinguish the layers. The project is the recipient of a National Award from the American Institute of Architects: Recognition for Small Projects. !t also was one of three houses designed by Donald Lococo Architects that received the first place International HUE award for architectural color by Benjamin Moore

This clean, bright intervention includes custom designed kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures and several specially designed tile patterns. Spaces were arranged to keep flow and lines of sight open. The kitchen is a clean, bright, and warm space that invites visitors into the apartment. Horizontal grain douglas fir cabinets are topped with white corian counters. The master bedroom and bathroom receive daylight through clerestory windows to the well lit living room and kitchen. The master bath features an immersive shower which wraps the walls and cascades to the floor. The powder room includes simple brass fixtures in contrast to a geometric wall paper and corresponding floor pattern. Inspiration for a large cottage detached studio / workshop shed remodel in New York

We call this dining room modern-farmhouse-chic! As the focal point of the room, the fireplace was the perfect space for an accent wall. We white-washed the fireplace’s brick and added a white surround and mantle and finished the wall with white shiplap. We also added the same shiplap as wainscoting to the other walls. A special feature of this room is the coffered ceiling. We recessed the chandelier directly into the beam for a clean, seamless look. This farmhouse style home in West Chester is the epitome of warmth and welcoming. We transformed this house’s original dark interior into a light, bright sanctuary. From installing brand new red oak flooring throughout the first floor to adding horizontal shiplap to the ceiling in the family room, we really enjoyed working with the homeowners on every aspect of each room. A special feature is the coffered ceiling in the dining room. We recessed the chandelier directly into the beams, for a clean, seamless look. We maximized the space in the white and chrome galley kitchen by installing a lot of custom storage. The pops of blue throughout the first floor give these room a modern touch.
