Small trendy enclosed concrete floor living room library photo with multicolored walls

Custom Surface Solutions (www.css-tile.com) - Owner Craig Thompson (512) 430-1215. This project shows the remodel of a master bathroom with before and after pictures of the project. 32" x 16" tile was used on the walls and 32 x 8" tile on the floor. The accent and shower pan tile is flat pebble stones. The faucets are Delta.

Great care was taken with plant selection and the different textures and colors that they would bring to the landscape.

These faux silk panels are of great quality. The faux silks are perfect for a luxurious look. A light luxury, a pure art, a life enjoyment. Original design, smooth texture, healthy and environmental protection. The low-saturation colors that are not eye-catching. Light and comfortable, making your room more spacious and relaxing. This brocade fabric can make your room more luxurious and beautiful, you deserve it. Beautiful patterns are like flowers blooming in your room.

The Verret Pool & Outdoor Living Space features high-end, travertine coping and matching tile as well as a variety of water features. A large, spillover spa includes three bubblers in the base of the spa. Three scuppers build into a wall on the backside of the pool add unique flair to this small but beautiful pool. An adjoining patio is covered by a wood pergola and has a matching travertine firepit in the center to round out the backyard environment.

Stone two-sided fireplace with up lighting underneath the top stone. Hardwood floors in the formal living room, porcelain wood grain tiles for the kitchen, dining, wine cellar and exterior patio.
Pool and backyard landscaping are the only previous features that remained from the original home, minus a few walls on the interior and newly installed waterless grass for the ground cover.
Designed with a standing seam metal roof, with internal drainage system for hidden gutters design. Rain chain and rain barrels for rain harvesting.
Retrofitted with Hardy Frames prefabricated shear walls for up to date earthquake safety. Opening both walls to the backyard, there are now two 14' folding doors allowing the inside and outside to merge.
