Minimalist exterior home photo in Burlington

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house. George Mendel

This is a basement renovation transforms the space into a Library for a client's personal book collection . Space includes all LED lighting , cork floorings , Reading area (pictured) and fireplace nook .

Built-in shelving and benches create a simple, yet cozy vignette in the back corner of the room. Not only did the designers strive for a clean design throughout the gallery, but also continued the theme through to the adjoining wine cellar and tasting room, office area and full bath. The home office is enclosed by bright yellow shelving and custom desk space by Neff, as well as a “secret” door that doubles as another surface on which to hang art.

Our designer has achieved a stylish look by combining dark cabinets and light-colored marbles.

Safavid Collection:- Inspired by the world renowned Textiles and Carpets woven in 16th Century Persia ( Iran ) under the patronage of the famous Safavid rulers . The world's most expensive Persian Kerman sickle leaf carpet that sold for a world record price of 34 Million USD$ at Sotheby's New York, was woven in these times. This collection is trying to revive the high and low ‘Souf’ technique which is the play of textures in a combination of silk and wool where the pattern is made In silk pile that is higher and shiny while the wool part is lower also being matted Creates an illusion of being three-dimensional relief work transforming the viewer of looking into the Gardens of Paradise It is an incredible revival of the renowned glory of the Safavid Empire That is being done in a very modern and transitional way
