An awkward entrance to the living room is redirected using a built-in open shelf to display unique artifacts collected through years of travel and discovery

This family room wall was updated with a modern linear fireplace and custom stone facade. Additionally we redirected a corner hallway for a improved seating area.

We address issues with flooded garages and yards, redirecting and capturing runoff, for example drain spouts, for landscape irrigation, and replenishing ground water. El Niño rains are approaching so you may want to consider retaining or redirecting some of that water. Dry creek beds and swales, a natural basin in the landscape that collects surface water before slowly seeping into the ground, not only solves water issues but can double as a feature in your landscape. Catch basins with a sump pump, pumps water from low lying areas to protect from flooding and standing water.
