Small Media Room. This project was an acoustic challenge, due to the hard surfaces in the room. Additionally, there is a bedroom directly above. A sound isolating system was installed to reduce sound migration from the in ceiling speakers and subwoofer to the room above. Control of the Media Room, as well as the motorized shades throughout the home, are all done using the iPad. Here you see the equipment rack with the custom door open.

I prefer wall-mounted toilets because it is easy to clean under the commode, it saves floor space and reduces the profile of this essential fixture. When the bathroom door is opened, the lid on this high-tech Toto toilet/bidet opens and the light turns on. It also has adjustable temperature for the spray, the seat and dryer, plus an easy-to-reach control panel on the wall and a slim wireless remote control with illuminated touch pad. By incorporating Lutron and new LED lighting, we were successful in reducing the average light wattage by 75%. The decision to install Lutron lighting control across all 7,250+ square feet and four stories of this home was a no-brainer given their reputation for creating products that are backed by performance, dependability, and serviceability.

Designer Screen Shades are perforated for different levels of visibility. With changing season there is a different amount of light being carried through the trees outside. Having control over being able to preserve landscape while offering different levels of privacy and light intake is ideal.
