Our clients bought a beautiful century home in Historical Webster Groves, but it was in need of a modern day facelift. We took down dated walls in the kitchen and let the light in. This family loves to cook and the old kitchen layout was closed in and choppy. The new layout is stocked with storage, professional appliances and plenty of sunlit workspace. In the family room, the wood wainscoting was original and dark. We lightened up the room by painting everything a clean, clear white. The hardwood floors warm up the room and now it feels welcoming, bright and inviting. Our last stop was the sunroom. It had baseboard heaters, old blue carpet and did not feel cozy and inviting! We replaced the carpet with Spanish clay tile that brings back the character of the old home - but includes a modern update - in floor heat. We love how it turned out!

In this transitional farmhouse in West Chester, PA, we renovated the kitchen and family room, and installed new flooring and custom millwork throughout the entire first floor. This chic tuxedo kitchen has white cabinetry, white quartz counters, a black island, soft gold/honed gold pulls and a French door wall oven. The family room’s built in shelving provides extra storage. The shiplap accent wall creates a focal point around the white Carrera marble surround fireplace. This condominium is modern and sleek, while still retaining much of its traditional charm. We added paneling to the walls, archway, door frames, and around the fireplace for a special and unique look throughout the home. To create the entry with convenient built-in shoe storage and bench, we cut an alcove an existing to hallway. The deep-silled windows in the kitchen provided the perfect place for an eating area, which we outfitted with shelving for additional storage. Form, function, and design united in the beautiful black and white kitchen. It is a cook’s dream with ample storage and counter space. The bathrooms play with gray and white in different materials and textures to create timeless looks. You enter this bright and light master bathroom through a custom pocket door that is inlayed with a mirror. The room features a beautiful free-standing tub. The shower is Carrera marble and has a seat, storage inset, a body jet and dual showerheads. The striking single vanity is a deep navy blue with beaded inset cabinets, chrome handles and provides tons of storage. Along with the blue vanity, the rose gold fixtures, including the shower grate, are eye catching and provide a subtle pop of color. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. This three-story Tudor home features a purple field stone exterior. In addition to the exterior facades and deck, we also built the garden walls and laid the walkways and the trim along the driveway with Belgian block. This beautiful bathroom has light gray marble floors. The large shower has white Carrera marble subway tiled walls, gray marble basketweave tile floor, and a luxurious oil rubbed bronze rainfall shower head. The two vanities are made of solid cherry wood and are topped with a blue-gray quartzite. French gold and oil rubbed bronze fixtures add a warm and polished detail. The bathroom’s window seat is special spot, providing extra storage and lots of light.
