This is what this yard looked like after we completed the debris removal. We added the correct support to the home, installed needed drainage, and reported all of their concrete. We also installed new sod, plants, and even a new fence. We also created a landscape plan and installed landscaping to include a pathway on the backyard that is not pictured.

Trail - Mark Tipple
Mark Tipple is an Australian photographer specialising in marine documentary. In recent years, he has closely collaborated with social welfare organisations in Australia and neighbouring countries. His most important work is entitled “The Underwater Project” – a project for which he produced a report as an official photographer, presenting the relationships that Australians maintain with the ocean. His objective is to interrelate the various facets of his work in order to shed light on stories that traditional media tend to ignore. His personal photography or photographs derived from specific commissions (World Vision, Planet Ocean or the Nanda Dian Foundation) are widely diverse and deeply humane. Widely documented, they are now presented in print media as famous as The Australian, The Independent or National Geographic.

J&P Metal Arts Inc, was hired to remove existing steel balusters that were badly installed and started rusting out. We removed all of them and metal framed them. We were able to reuse all the balusters, weld them in panels or inserts, sand blast all the old paint and rust, reporter coat them and install them with a perfect fit.

According to a report from the United Kingdom, the glare of the setting sun plays a part in nearly 3,000 road accidents every year with drivers at risk of being temporarily 'blinded' by the dazzle of the sun on their car windscreens.
Did you know that installing and applying Solar Gard® automotive window tints can significantly reduce glare caused by the sun as well as oncoming headlights at night? But that is not all as it will also reduce the driver's risk of being blinded by the reflection of rain water from the roads when it deflects against the metal or windshields of other vehicles.

LOFT | Luxury Loft Transformation | FOUR POINT DESIGN BUILD INC
This ultra feminine luxury loft was designed for an up-and-coming fashion/travel writer. With 30' soaring ceiling heights, five levels, winding paths of travel and tight stairways, no storage at all, very little usable wall space, a tight timeline, and a very modest budget, we had our work cut out for us. Thrilled to report, the client loves it, and we completed the project on time and on budget.

Our roof cleaning is a one-time service that is usually followed by annual maintenance.
Moss and Debris Removal
Existing moss is agitated with a wire brush which will physically remove over 80% of the existing moss. Then we will blow off the moss and roof debris followed by cleaning out any open gutters and downspouts.
Moss Treatment
We will apply our moss and algae treatment to kill the remaining moss that didn’t come off with the wire brush. This may take a few weeks as the rain will naturally bring the moss treatment down the entire roof.
Full Inspection & Report
As with our annual maintenance service, we will thoroughly inspect your entire roof system and supply you with an after service, comprehensive report of your roof including the details of the service we performed. This will feature before and after photos so you can see the difference. We will also perform a full clean up of the grounds.
