Conceptually the Clark Street remodel began with an idea of creating a new entry. The existing home foyer was non-existent and cramped with the back of the stair abutting the front door. By defining an exterior point of entry and creating a radius interior stair, the home instantly opens up and becomes more inviting. From there, further connections to the exterior were made through large sliding doors and a redesigned exterior deck. Home design - transitional home design idea in Houston

A new & improved bathroom, offering our client a locker room/spa feel. We wanted to maximize space, so we custom built shelves throughout the walls and designed a large but seamless shower. The shower is a Kohler DTV+ system complete with a 45-degree angle door, a steam component, therapy lighting, and speakers. Lastly, we spruced up all the tiles with a gorgeous satin finish - including the quartz curb, counter and shower seat. Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who serve Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. Our amazing, fun clients for this project are relaxed, chic, modern, subtle, and clever. Our Miami studio wanted the design to reflect this beautiful, smart, and hardworking couple and their two super cute dogs. We wanted to showcase their spirit of sophistication and detail, elegance and calm simplicity throughout the condo and did it by selecting unique finishes, wonderful wallpapers, clever paint colors, beautiful furniture and light fixtures, and decor accessories.
