The main bedroom at our Waters Edge Project have the most beautiful views of Table Mountain and the ocean. We kept the palette monochromatic but layered with texture to add depth to the space. The large upholstered headboard spans across the custom made bedside pedestals and gives a soft and luxurious backdrop to the bed. Hand blown glass pendants hang once the pedestals adding a warm glow at night. Richly textured fabrics on the scatter cushions form part of the overall feel of luxury in this bedroom. Every item of furniture was designed and custom made to fit the space perfectly.

Cheryl kept the feel of this gorgeous guest bedroom light and breezy. A pretty printed wall paper gives the walls depth and the double bunk is ideal for extra guests.
The custom made chair has a hand stitched detail on the edges. We love the quirky little Frenchie lamp from @rialheim .
The headboard is upholstered in a stunning textured natural fabric from @romo_southafrica .
The bed base is upholstered in the same fabric as the headboard.
The custom made, feather filled scatter cushions in beautiful embroidered fabrics and luxurious soft delicious throws add the final touches to these super comfy beds.
A large desk area and ample built in cupboards with sliding doors completes this bedroom.
The en suite bathroom has a lot of natural light and is seperated by white shutter doors that can open up completely to the bedroom.
This is a tranquil, welcoming, beautifully considered guest bedroom that is functional as well as aesthetically luxurious.

The main bedroom lounge is an extension of the main bedroom and an area where one can watch TV and work at the ample space the long desk provides.
It has large L-Shaped custom made couches that are extra deep for comfort and relaxation. Textured fabrics were used for a few scatter cushions and a large chunky knit throw is the perfect cover to snuggle under on a chilly evening.
Grass cloth wall paper in a light blue hue adds texture to the walls in this lounge area and a large Katherine Wood commissioned artwork works beautifully in this space against the wall paper.
Custom made coffee table and side tables were manufactured in Oak and adds another material and layer to this area.
A large lamp with raffia shade gives this lounge a tranquil ambience in the evenings.
A soft area rug grounds and warms the space and adds yet another texture and depth of tone.

Classically refined, these elegant chairs in light grey herringbone pattern fabric with brass studded detailing infuse our contemporary seating area design with a sense of calm.

As exciting as having a completely new building built specifically to your requirements is, it can be hard to envisage how it will really look and feel until it is built. It was at this point that my clients found themselves confronted with a completely blank canvas, which can be a very daunting prospect. My Clients had lots of amazing ideas, but it is hard to know where to begin. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them to put their ideas on paper and create a plan that expressed their (exceptional!) taste and personality, whilst encouraging flow and functionality through the property.
The lounge area is a practical and clean area with oodles of comfort to boot! The large, deep seated sofas contrast beautifully with the colours of the armchairs, to make an ecclectic mix of seating that is very pleasing to the eye, set off with the scatter cushions, which bring the scheme together effectively, adding even more comfort.
The whole room is a mixture of dark vs light, creating a dramatic, yet cozy, light and spacious space to relax or socialise.
The bespoke black framed, sliding glazed frame internal door works perfectly to shut the space of for privacy and sound exclusion, without loosing light to the room.
Wide exterior bi-folding doors offer the option of opening the space out to the garden, giving complete connectivite between the two.
The ochre yellow, dark forest green, hints of turquoise and oxford blue, team together so well and are set off beautifully by the contrasting natural white walls and the deep blue accent wall, along with the contrasting textures of the tweed curtains, velvet sofas, soft limestone flagstone flooring and high pile rug. A very successful scheme which my clients absolutely adore!
