This home was tight on space, so the second floor was expanded to give us room for a larger master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two large balconies and plenty of closet space for a second home. This a the view of the larger outdoor balcony, perfect for lounging with friends and family.

Tucked away in the North Beach ocean district of Delray Beach, this unique custom home features the pool and deck in the front of the home. Upon entrance to the authentic Chicago Brick paved driveway, you will notice no garage present, nor an entry door. In replacement, louvered gates and shutters with white framed french doors wrap the exterior of the home. With the focus of the home on beautiful outdoor living spaces, including a large covered loggia, second floor balconies, and gorgeous landscape, this South Florida beach house encompasses a relaxing retreat sensation. The owners of Moonlight Basin Ranch are from the southeast, and they wanted to start a tradition of skiing, hiking, and enjoying everything that comes with the classic Montana mountain lifestyle as a family. The home that we created for them was built on a spectacular piece of property within Moonlight Basin (Resort), in Big Sky, Montana. The views of Lone Peak are breathtaking from this approximately 6500 square foot, 4 bedroom home, and elk, moose, and grizzly can be seen wandering on the sloping terrain just outside its expansive windows. To further embrace the Rocky Mountain mood that the owners envisioned—and because of a shared love for Yellowstone Park architecture—we utilized reclaimed hewn logs, bark-on cedar log posts, and indigenous stone. The rich, rustic details in the home are an intended continuation of the landscape that surrounds this magnificent home.

Our San Francisco studio designed this beautiful four-story home for a young newlywed couple to create a warm, welcoming haven for entertaining family and friends. In the living spaces, we chose a beautiful neutral palette with light beige and added comfortable furnishings in soft materials. The kitchen is designed to look elegant and functional, and the breakfast nook with beautiful rust-toned chairs adds a pop of fun, breaking the neutrality of the space. In the game room, we added a gorgeous fireplace which creates a stunning focal point, and the elegant furniture provides a classy appeal. On the second floor, we went with elegant, sophisticated decor for the couple's bedroom and a charming, playful vibe in the baby's room. The third floor has a sky lounge and wine bar, where hospitality-grade, stylish furniture provides the perfect ambiance to host a fun party night with friends. In the basement, we designed a stunning wine cellar with glass walls and concealed lights which create a beautiful aura in the space. For this project we were hired to design the residential interiors and common spaces of this new development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This project consists of two small sister buildings located on the same lot; both buildings together have 25,000 s.f of residential space which is divided into 13 large condos. The apartment interiors were given a loft-like feel with an industrial edge by keeping exposed concrete ceilings, wide plank oak flooring, and large open living/kitchen spaces. All hardware, plumbing fixtures and cabinetry are black adding a dramatic accent to the otherwise mostly white spaces; the spaces still feel light and airy due to their ceiling heights and large expansive windows. All of the apartments have some outdoor space, large terraces on the second floor units, balconies on the middle floors and roof decks at the penthouse level. In the lobby we accentuated the overall industrial theme of the building by keeping raw concrete floors; tiling the walls in a concrete-like large vertical tile, cladding the mailroom in Shou Sugi Ban, Japanese charred wood, and using a large blackened steel chandelier to accent the space.

Nine new traditional, three and a half story townhomes in the Heights. The plans for this 3/3.5/2 include second-floor living spaces and third-floor bedrooms with efficient use of spaces, balconies, ceiling details, and roof decks for downtown views.

One of our most substantial projects to date was this second-floor expansion. This family needed more space to spread out and decided the best way to get it was to add a new floor. The second floor includes two kids' bedrooms, a kids' bathroom, a master bedroom, a master closet, a master bath, a laundry closet, and a family lounge area. ​For the exterior, a new farmer's porch was added to the front along with a new stamped concrete walkway leading the front door. Around the back, we added a Juilet balcony off the family lounge area featuring steel cable rails and overlooking the backyard.
