This is another view of the family room with the Mitchell Gold red mohair velvet couch that pulls out for overnight guests. The side chair is also by Mitchell Gold and the rug is by West Elm. We laid out all of the essentials with maximum function. Once we had a the layout finalized, we started looking for specifics. The color palette we came up with is grounded in neutrals with blush accents to add a touch of baby girl. We always want to maximise function in a room, so all our bigger purchases are gender neutral and convertible so they can be used when our clients have their second baby. We left plenty of empty space in the middle of the room for the essential tummy time and block building.

Slab style painted and veneer kitchen in Benjamin Moore Sheeps Wool with engineered teak cabinets and quartz counter tops. The teak wall features closet cabinetry beside the back door, tall pantry with roll out shelves, narrow broom cabinet and coffee station with floating teak shelves. The shortened range wall allows natural light to into more of the space and the blue subway stacked tile adds a rich addition of colour and shine. High lift and bi-fold cabinets plus spice pull out, internal roll outs and refuse cabinet give a terrific "behind the scenes" function space.
