This is a total re-side of early 1980's built suburban home near Houston, TX. The original T1-11 siding was in rough shape as was most of the fascia and trim due to a lack of proper maintenance. We removed everything and installed new Hardie plank siding and trim complete with ventilated soffit panel. We completed the project with 2 coats of Sherwin Willam's Emerald paint and SherMax caulk. I really love how the new siding colors pull the gray tone out of the brick.
