Colourful squares: Who needs a rear wall if the area behind the open shelf cubes is painted in gorgeous colours?
HERE’S WHAT WE NEED:
Shelf cube without rear wall, pencil, wall paint in pastel colours, paint roller, tesa® Masking Tape PREMIUM CLASSIC 30 mm
AND THIS IS HOW IT’S DONE:
› Stand or hang the shelf cube where you want it. Trace the inside space of the cube shelf on the wall with the pencil. Remove the shelf.
› Mask the pencilled area on the wall with tesa® Masking Tape PREMIUM CLASSIC 30 mm.
› Use the paint roller to paint the area on the wall.
› Peel off the masking tape and place or hang the cube shelf in front of the painted area.

Glazed cherry kitchen cabinets are always in high demand in new homes and in renovations and kitchen remodels. Cherry is both expensive and highly cherished in crafting fine furniture. Most furniture and cabinetmakers consider cherry the top of the line wood choice for their best work.
The color of the wood might be light when first used to build furniture or cabinets. It may be stained a darker shade or simply allowed to darken as it ages. The wood readily accepts a finish. It typically has lovely markings that are unique and recognizable, whether gum streaks or the occasional pin knot.

Home of an inveterate collector with a keen eye, the hallmarks of this renovated, 1927 Beaux Arts residence are neutral walls and fabrics that celebrate the treasured artwork, rugs, and architecture within. Eclectic objects and furnishings discovered on world travels, antiquing expeditions, and even those inherited mingle easily in relaxed, strategically un-designed fashion. Intentionally void of superfluous decoration to accept flexible furniture arrangements, the mood of this home can swing in an instant simply by rearranging a chair, or swapping pillows - proving the most personal spaces are also the most versatile.

Major renovation and addition to a 1980's colonial home creates a lakeside retreat that comfortably serves the evolving needs of a multi generational family.
