This custom wine cellar was designed and built by Vintage Wine Cellars in 2020. We worked 100% remotely with this client to create a beautiful and functional space in unfinished redwood. This wine cellar's wine racking has many versatile features to store different sizes and styles of wines and wine bottles, such as tiered coved trays for large format wine bottles, high reveal display rows, individual bottle storage, Original Wooden Cases, and custom cabinetry.
The unique shape and design of this room required a skilled contractor like Vintage Wine Cellars to design and create a completely custom wine cellar - perfectly fit to the shape and flow of the room.
This client's room was actually huge - but he just didn't have the need to fill it completely with wine (maybe one day!) The front and rear walls are both fitted with custom racking, divided by open space and a large marble countertop. This room would lend itself perfectly to enjoying a nice bottle or three with some friends as there is plenty of space to walk around and mingle, as well as counter space begging to be used to decant those fantastic bottles.

Despite the house's generous room sizes and vaulted ceilings, the existing kitchen felt cramped, with low ceilings and a less-than-optimal layout.
Our approach to reconfiguring the kitchen was bold and transformative. We removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room, opening up the space. The ceiling height was raised to create an airier atmosphere. Moreover, we ingeniously relocated the faucet and stove, optimizing functionality and aesthetics. Despite the kitchen's modest footprint, we successfully integrated ample storage, achieving a remarkable transformation in both layout and flow.
But our renovation didn't stop there. We also treated the entire house to the allure of refinished and restrained wood floors, breathing new life into the living spaces. Outdated lighting fixtures in the living and dining areas were thoughtfully replaced with designs that not only complemented the new kitchen but also harmonized with the home's existing interior.

It started with guiding the clients through selecting the perfect stone, materials, color palette, plumbing fixtures, and other essential elements. I worked closely to tweak the cabinetry and millwork designs to reflect their unique style while ensuring functionality.
For this ensuite transformation, I began by meticulously planning the execution—creating a detailed budget, timeline, and schedule—and selecting the best skilled teams to deliver an upscale result. From complete demolition to rebuilding from the skeleton, I was on-site every single day, ensuring every design detail was executed to perfection.

Rudloff Custom BuildersWith family life and entertaining in mind, we built this 4,000 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 full baths and 2 half baths house from the ground up! To fit in with the rest of the neighborhood, we constructed an English Tudor style home, but updated it with a modern, open floor plan on the first floor, bright bedrooms, and large windows throughout the home. What sets this home apart are the high-end architectural details that match the home’s Tudor exterior, such as the historically accurate windows encased in black frames. The stunning craftsman-style staircase is a post and rail system, with painted railings. The first floor was designed with entertaining in mind, as the kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms flow seamlessly. The home office is set apart to ensure a quiet space and has its own adjacent powder room. Another half bath and is located off the mudroom. Upstairs, the principle bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with Carrera marble floors, furniture quality double vanity, and a large walk in shower. There are three other bedrooms, with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and an additional hall bathroom.

Rudloff Custom BuildersThis European kitchen has several different areas and functions. Each area has its own specific details but are tied together with distinctive farmhouse feel, created by combining medium wood and white cabinetry, different styles of cabinetry, mixed metals, warm, earth toned tile floors, blue granite countertops and a subtle blue and white backsplash. The hand-hammered copper counter on the peninsula ties in with the hammered copper farmhouse sink. The blue azul granite countertops have a deep layer of texture and beautifully play off the blue and white Italian tile backsplash and accent wall. The high gloss black hood was custom-made and has chrome banding. The French Lacanche stove has soft gold controls. This kitchen also has radiant heat under its earth toned limestone floors. A special feature of this kitchen is the wood burning stove. Part of the original 1904 house, we repainted it and set it on a platform. We made the platform a cohesive part of the space defining wall by using a herringbone pattern trim, fluted porcelain tile and crown moulding with roping. The office area’s built in desk and cabinets provide a convenient work and storage space. Topping the room off is a coffered ceiling.
In this classic English Tudor home located in Penn Valley, PA, we renovated the kitchen, mudroom, deck, patio, and the exterior walkways and driveway. The European kitchen features high end finishes and appliances, and heated floors for year-round comfort! The outdoor areas are spacious and inviting. The open trellis over the hot tub provides just the right amount of shelter. These clients were referred to us by their architect, and we had a great time working with them to mix classic European styles in with contemporary, current spaces.

Rudloff Custom BuildersWe renovated the exterior and installed the hardscaping of the traditional colonial home in Villanova, PA. The flagstone patio has a beautiful hand-crafted pergola made from reclaimed long leaf pine. The outdoor fireplace was constructed out of mica and granite and has two storage areas for wood. The stone retaining wall includes interior lighting. A short walk down an adjoining staircase brings you to a courtyard immediately outside of the basement. The courtyard features the same flagstone, stone retaining wall and interior lighting. Regarding the house itself, we rebuilt the chimney (and the accompanying fireplace inside), added Harding plank cement siding, and built the retaining wall along the driveway.

This chic tuxedo kitchen has white cabinetry, white quartz counters, a black island, soft gold/honed gold pulls and a French door wall oven. The family room’s built in shelving provides extra storage. The shiplap accent wall creates a focal point around the white Carrera marble surround fireplace. The first floor features 8-in reclaimed white oak flooring (which matches the open shelving in the kitchen!) that ties the main living areas together.

This stunning project began with the plans of the renowned architect Philip Hazan, and I had the honor of turning those plans into reality by managing the project and handling the interior design.
It started with guiding the clients through selecting the perfect stone, materials, color palette, plumbing fixtures, and other essential elements. I worked closely to tweak the cabinetry and millwork designs to reflect their unique style while ensuring functionality.
For this ensuite transformation, I began by meticulously planning the execution—creating a detailed budget, timeline, and schedule—and selecting the best skilled teams to deliver an upscale result. From complete demolition to rebuilding from the skeleton, I was on-site every single day, ensuring every design detail was executed to perfection.

Alina Hallaq Design LLCGorgeous kitchen in Redmond awaited a complete makeover, driven by the client's desire for enhanced storage, improved spatial flow, and, above all, a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Despite the house's generous room sizes and vaulted ceilings, the existing kitchen felt cramped, with low ceilings and a less-than-optimal layout.
Our approach to reconfiguring the kitchen was bold and transformative. We removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room, opening up the space. The ceiling height was raised to create an airier atmosphere. Moreover, we ingeniously relocated the faucet and stove, optimizing functionality and aesthetics. Despite the kitchen's modest footprint, we successfully integrated ample storage, achieving a remarkable transformation in both layout and flow.
But our renovation didn't stop there. We also treated the entire house to the allure of refinished and restrained wood floors, breathing new life into the living spaces. Outdated lighting fixtures in the living and dining areas were thoughtfully replaced with designs that not only complemented the new kitchen but also harmonized with the home's existing interior.

Rudloff Custom BuildersThis condominium is modern and sleek, while still retaining much of its traditional charm. We added paneling to the walls, archway, door frames, and around the fireplace for a special and unique look throughout the home. To create the entry with convenient built-in shoe storage and bench, we cut an alcove an existing to hallway. The deep-silled windows in the kitchen provided the perfect place for an eating area, which we outfitted with shelving for additional storage. Form, function, and design united in the beautiful black and white kitchen. It is a cook’s dream with ample storage and counter space. The bathrooms play with gray and white in different materials and textures to create timeless looks. The living room’s built-in shelves and reading nook in the bedroom add detail and storage to the home. The pops of color and eye-catching light fixtures make this condo joyful and fun.
