This Antique Skip Oak Flooring features a white washed finish, softening the deep warm tones of the reclaimed oak with a light, airy patina that brightens any space. Manomin Antique Skip Oak reclaimed wood flooring is milled from a mix of red and white reclaimed oak, salvaged from century old structures around the United States. Underneath the white washed finish, the natural texture and character of the wood still shine through, reflecting a truly unique look that only reclaimed wood can offer. Our Antique Oak Planks are skip planed, a process where only enough wood is milled off the surface of the boards to level them out, leaving a distressed look that bears the marks of the milling on giant saws more than 100 years ago. Whether you are a homebuilder, a home remodeling contractor, or a homeowner looking to bring reclaimed wood flooring into your home, Manomin Resawn Timbers has been helping people discover the antique charm of reclaimed wood since 2002. This modern rustic living room pairs a dramatic stacked stone fireplace surround with a warm reclaimed Skip Oak ceiling paneling and a reclaimed wood mantel, creating a striking contrast between rugged natural stone and rich antique wood tones. The Antique Skip Oak paneling overhead brings texture and depth to the vaulted ceiling, while the mantel adds a grounding horizontal line above the fireplace, framed by a wall mounted TV, matching gray armchairs, and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light. Our Antique Skip Oak paneling is milled from a mix of red and white barnwood salvaged from century old structures around the United States. Underneath its antique veneer are deep warm tones that reflect a truly unique look, unobtainable without reclaimed wood. Each plank is skip planed, a process that leaves the surface distressed and bearing marks from the original milling nearly a century ago. Whether you are a homebuilder, a home remodeling contractor, or a homeowner searching for a bold architectural statement, Manomin Resawn Timbers can help bring this look to your own space. Designers looking to pair natural stone with warm reclaimed textures will find endless inspiration here. Visit our showroom in Hugo, MN or reach out to us with a call or a message.
