Paul Despenas: The home was built in the late 1970’s and the windows had seen better days. At some point wood just stops holding paint and the exterior sills and casings start to deteriorate. Those are the easy fix. It’s when the window sashes start to deteriorate, it is past the time to start looking for new windows.
When you can see wood rot on the sills, casings and sashes it is allowing water and air to infiltrate into the rough opening of the home causing structural damage and mold. This also allows plenty of the energy to go right out the windows!!
EcoSmart Windows are custom built to fit into the existing opening like a glove.

This Bathroom remodel was a complete transformation from start to finish!
We started by completely gutting the existing bathroom and reworking the space to create a clean, timeless design.
After accomplishing all of the needed and required plumbing and electrical work in the bathroom, we started all the exciting work.
The centerpiece is a long bathtub with a shower-bath combination, framed by an elegant arched detailed wall accent. Subway styled tile was installed across the entire wall behind the tub area and continued throughout the backsplash area, creating a cohesive and classic look. We also installed tile halfway up the surrounding walls in a wainscoting-style application.
The remodel as completed with a new toilet, a flat-paneled wood vanity topped with a marble countertop and single sink, an oversized oval mirror, and new towel rings and accessories.
A fresh coat of paint brought everything together, creating a bright, polished, and inviting bathroom that combines traditional details with a clean, updated aesthetic.
