This project has been created in collaboration with a European interior designer.
The glass countertop has been made of 1 1/2” glass with a “Black Onyx” treatment. The use of a textured edge finish for exposed edges compliments the uniqueness of the product. The LED lights add volume to the countertop and fulfill it with an essential charm.
The glass tabletop has been made of 1” Ultra Clear glass with a “Melting Ice” texture on the bottom.

This transitional style kitchen design in Northville, MI is truly the heart of the home. Situated next to the home’s entrance, and adjacent to the dining and living areas, this kitchen will be the natural focal point of family life. The tone for this bright kitchen is defined by the Crystal Cabinets frameless Meadowland style door in simply white painted finish. The classic white cabinetry is offset by a gray quartz countertop and Alyse Edwards Half Baked Collection tile in “Icing on the Cake”. The bi-level peninsula separates the kitchen work zones from the entry hall and includes a round tabletop end with barstool seating for casual dining. The peninsula incorporates a 5’ Galley Workstation with an undermount sink and a Signature Accessory Package that has dual tier cutting boards, bowls, colanders, and a drain rack. The sink area also has Brizo Artesso Smartouch faucets, a Pedalworks Faucet Controller, and a Brizo Artesso soap dispenser. This galley style kitchen design includes ample storage in the main wall cabinets and the peninsula, and space saving measures like the built-in undercabinet microwave. The space is well lit by natural light through the large windows, as well as recessed lighting, pendants over the peninsula, and a chandelier in the dining area.

The elements of this kitchen design in Troy, MI all come together to create an elegant space ideal for cooking, casual dining, and entertaining. Crystal Cabinets custom kitchen cabinets feature the Keyline Tahoe door in a white finish for perimeter cabinetry and the Keyline St. Croix door in Blackstone stain on the island. This is offset by brushed nickel hardware, a Virginia Tile backsplash, and Fantasy Brown granite countertop on the island with Cambria Torquay quartz countertops on the perimeter. The island includes a round tabletop at one end with seating, perfect for chatting to guests while you cook. A striking stainless and glass island mount range hood sits over the cooking area in the kitchen island. The stainless undermount sink is complemented by a Brizo Artesso faucet and soap dispenser.

Just Grillin was originally contracted to design and install an outdoor kitchen and bar-height island tabletop. By the end, Just Grillin completed the cabana (which was left unfinished by another contractor), created a stone accent wall along the backdoor wall and added a stone wrap to the cabana columns.
The kitchen features encapsulated polymer cabinets which are outdoor rated and extremely durable in the harsh Florida elements. The legs of the bar-height island tabletop are also made in this material. The client choose an Alfresco 42" AXLE grill and U-line 24" Outdoor Fridge. Hidden in one of the cabinets is a drawer that fits a Yeti cooler.
The stone backsplash seen along the kitchen was completed by Just Grillin.
The cabana seen in pictures was left unfinished by another contractor the client hired. The client then contacted us about finishing it and the result is what you see pictured.
The client also had a lot of leftover stone from other projects and asked if we could create something with it. Just Grillin was able to create a stone accent wall along the backdoor of the house to add some flair to a covered lounging area.
Just Grillin also wrapped the bottom half of the cabana columns with the same stone completing a consistent and stylish look throughout the back patio area.

The generous scale and inviting silhouettes of our Sorrento Seating Collection evoke the relaxed warmth of Tuscany. Each piece is hand-built from sturdy aluminum with solidly cast, fine furniture details. Thick cushions, including side bolsters surround you in total comfort. We offer a choice of two tabletop styles: mosaic-embossed aluminum with a hand-rubbed finish or a travertine tile mosaic with creamy marble inlay from Ancient Mosaics. Made in America, the stone tabletops sit on a cast aluminum pedestal base. | Palmer Design Group for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Decorators' Show House & Gardens

We named this design the 'Insignia' as to reference the building in Seattle where the original table (and bench set) now reside. The concept for the 'Insignia' table was motivated by minimalist-modern design and inspiration that arose from an admiration for Nakashima-style trestle bases. With our traditional 'Mez Works' style, we used dimensional walnut with a steel stretcher through the center of the tabletop to trace our 'Zeeva' and ‘Martis’ series tables, and the steel is treated with a ‘black-magic patina’ and clear powder-coat finish for an industrial element. The leaf mechanisms are drop leaf supports that are solidly built, structurally stable and sturdy to eliminate sagging. They lock in place automatically when raised, and are simple and quick to release.
This design is very versatile, and as shown in the photos the table can be purposed as use for a desk. While folded down, the drop leaf hides a charging outlet that is secured to the base directly under the tabletop, while power is integrated by feeding the cord through the base all the way out through the bottom to a fixed outlet in the floor.

Supernova is the sister piece to our fan-favorite Nova parson’s style dining table, but with some new eye-catching design elements. Featuring our signature tambour wood paneling on the edge of the table skirt, with an optional statement brass inlay tucked underneath the tabletop.
Supernova was originally commissioned in solid white oak, but is also available in walnut, ash, or blackened ash. Several coats of commercial grade varnish are sprayed on Supernova’s natural wood surface & add a layer of extra protection.
Supernova is an astronomical term for a star that suddenly greatly increases in brightness because of a catastrophic explosion that ejects most of its mass. (Because that’s just what she is- explosive).
