Designed by Reynard Architectural Designs, this transitional stairwell in Talking Rock, Georgia, makes a bold architectural statement. The space features deep navy blue accent walls paired with light natural oak wood stairs, white risers, and slender black metal balusters. A striking multi-pendant cascading glass globe chandelier suspended from the tall ceiling adds a sculptural, ambient glow, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the landing with natural light.

Finished. A beautiful fire feature design patio extention. Talking Rock Ranch, Precott, Arizona, Yavapai County. Clean lines with rustic rock and flagstone. A floating slab of colored concrete with an acid wash finish to expose the aggregate. Amber glass rock cover the burner and flames. The stone is El Dorodo Country Rubble Cognac, flagstone is an ashlyar cut from Cornerstone Materials, pavers are Pavestone. LED and low volt lighting light up the glass mosaic tile and under the floating concrete slab. At night is incredible. The flames emerge from the glass rock and shed a soft gentle flame and light reflection onto the glass tile. The LEDs light up from under the slab and give the illusion of floating. A true one-of-a-kind.

The exterior highlights matte black vertical board-and-batten siding paired with rich natural wood accents and a striking copper/rust-toned metal gable roof. A soaring timber-frame entryway with stone column pedestals creates an inviting covered portico, while floor-to-ceiling glass reveals warm interior lighting. Complete with an attached multi-car garage, concrete motor court, and timber detailing, this custom estate showcases elevated North Georgia mountain living.

We gave this industrial time capsule an urban facelift by enhancing the 19-century architecture with a mix of metals, textures and sleek surfaces to appeal to a sassy & youthful lifestyle. Transcending time and place, we designed this loft to be clearly confident, uniquely refined while maintaining its authentic bones.
