This area used to be a garden, flat, and not landscaped. For the project, we removed the existing plant material, leveled the area, and brought in new soil to build up the center island. The next step was building the small rock wall and placing the plant material and rock. The end product isn't as formal as some projects, it has a rustic charm that is appealing to the eye.

This project began with an entirely overgrown side yard. The project required us to remove and dispose of almost all vegetation in this area. We removed and saved many of the lilies that were already existing and used them in the completed project. Beyond the lilies, we also placed peonies, hostas, other plant material, and also the flagstone stepping stones. This was a project that looked like an entirely new space once it was completed

New skylights are double insulated with safety glass. The challenge was the technical work required to install a vaulted skylight. All new trims, baseboards and doors in the redone living room. All new, modern lighting was installed. Heated du chateau flooring was added. Bruce Damonte Photography
