This is technically a formal dining room, but for this family it functioned best as an additional sitting/entertaining area since they have a dining table in their eat-in kitchen. Two things this client wanted to incorporate were her grandmother's wooden rocker and Matthew 18:20. I am so happy with how her style came to life here.

The homeowners on this pool wanted simple and clean lines and a very relaxing and lived in feel. The resulting Rectilinear Relaxation Pool with a Sun Ledge and Waterfall with Cave Play area were the result. The deep end of the pool features a love seat along the entire deep end, which sits in front of the recessed Coverstar Automatic Cover Box. The vinyl liner sits in the Tru-Tile Track by Latham beneath the Ceramic Tile Surround. Plenty of fun and technical details in this one of a kind Legendary Escape!

This kitchen went from 1980's builder basic, to custom space with style and personality. While technically an open concept space, the kitchen is visible with peek-a-boo views from a variety of points on the first level. This meant that it needed to be beautiful from every angle.

In the kids' rooms, MUUTO's E27 Pendant Lamps were used to give an industrial look and reading light, and a track light wall washes the tin closets. locker-like closet 4 different colors

This beautiful home was completely torn down with the exception of one wall, making it technically a remodel in California. Tucked in to the expansive redwood grove that passes through downtown Larkspur, California, this family made their home. RRS Design+Build had the pleasure of giving this family exactly what they wanted, a traditional craftsman style build out with California charm.

Clean refrigerated wine wall with 3 double wide columns with tensed steel cables and having LED strips embedded on the metal frames. Very light wine wall with bottles seemingly floating with acrylic hooks, 2 bottles deep, very simple yet elegant. Cooling equipment placed in built in soffit with technical ceiling of perforated lacquered metal and hi hats for better illumination.

Great integration of materials and finishes with the rest of the home decor. Super contrast with black metal framing and wood elements on bottom cabinet and technical ceiling that hides cooling equipment. Cables, acrylic and glass provide a nice elegant and transparent effect. Focal work of art that can be seen upon entrance to the home and creates a unique ambiance in the dining room.
