This barrier free ready for tile base is waterproof and was pre-made in one section for an easy installation. The pebble tiles were simply thin-set to the base.

This is our new, industrial style vanity base! The vanity base is constructed from solid steel and the doors have been treated with a chemical patina to give the piece a charming weathered, distressed appearance. It is handmade by us and can be customized in nearly any way imaginable. However, this listing is for one with overall dimensions of 61” W x 18.5” D x 31″ high. This piece is made without the marble top and we encourage our customers to source their own. This vanity base could also be built with a reclaimed wood top and sides if you prefer. We have built this one with four doors, but it could be made with more or less and with any patina or finish you see on any of our other pieces. Traditional home in the heart of Savannah's Historic Landmark District that was built in 1999 had an 8' by 11' kitchen completely cut off from the rest of the house. We pushed out the back of the house three feet to create a bay to hold a sink, allowing us to completely open up the floorplan. The island color was based on the clients favorite shade of red (it also matches the front door). The rest of the palette is kept light and soft with a play of materials like the original pine floors, grass cloth wallpaper, Walker Zanger backsplash tile, and Viaterra Quartz 'marble' counters.
