The owner of this home wished to transform this builder basic home to a European treasure. Having traveled the world, moved from San Francisco and now living in wine country she knew that she wanted to celebrate The charm of France complete with an French range, luxury refrigerator and wine cooler. The design process was a collaboration with the home owner, designer and contractor.

A combination of natural stone and different paving patterns define separate spaces and create different ambiance yet the ensemble is harmonious, thus the title: Travelling spaces. Serenity is the keyword here. The challenge was immense considering the natural steep slopes and the small space available to carry the beautiful boulders. But the owners expectations were met with brio and they now enjoy their outdoor living for the first time in years.

These well traveled "empty nesters" have created their own tropical oasis to come home to and do plenty of entertaining! This 1980's ranch was transformed into this modern open-concept home with tropical accents and attention to detail. Stunning painted white all wood inset cabinets with a dramatic engineered quartz counters, center island, built-ins galore with glass inserts, modern lighting and a large sliding picture window to the tropical outdoor space and pool. The Luxury Vinyl floors by are stunning as well as practical for this super fun well lived in home.

The Terra Cotta Raw Silk drapes add the right amount of formality and a finishing touch to this lovely traditional area.
