This client wanted a new look for her living room space. We painted the walls a light gray (formerly a mustard color) throughout the entire space, but added an accent color of teal on a focal wall. We added a new rug, new accent chairs, a new sofa sectional, an ottoman, and a few accessories to make the space look and feel new.

This busy living space accommodates enough seating for family game night or a casual Friday movie night. The space is warm with a mix of wood tones yet bright with white walls and light fabric custom upholstered sofa.

Lynne and Laura took advantage of the architectural features of this tall family room in Olney, MD and designed 2 seating areas to optimize space. They selected a warm gray, teal and taupe color scheme from the bold ikat print fabric used in the stationary drapery panels. They accentuated the ceilings with a deep warm gray.
