Metal hot water heater element covers that quickly rust were unacceptable for this project. Utilizing the existing metal heat shield, painted wood covers fit in nicely with their surroundings.

Entry- portico was added during renovation Entire residence was hand scraped & re-stuccoed- -hand scraping was required as new stucco will not adhere to painted surfaces & sandblasting would create an unacceptable mess.

Here, the steps have inconsistent riser heights are a trip hazard, there are no handrail on either side of the steps--the guardrail (at left) is unacceptable as a handrail--and a gas meter is an unsightly feature at this primary entrance.

The elevation was a bit of a challenge from the front steps to the driveway. The client didn't want a step and a straight slope would have been too severe and exposed an unacceptable amount of the porch foundation stone. We were able to keep most of the slope within 6 feet of the drive and keep the angle comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Castello Pro could have been taken from an old French castle, but that would be cutting it short. Instead of relegating it to a rustic existence, why not create a little tension and give it some modern contrast? Clean lines and modern aesthetics will make this vinyl flooring really sing. Although it knows how to share attention, make sure this floor has enough room to show itself off.

The original 2 living rooms were so tiny and unattractive and unacceptable for this elegant building. In taking out the huge wall that ran down the center of this room a lovely, open room was revealed. We now had beautiful windows which were originally so small and seemingly unimportant being covered with vertical blinds. The clients had beautiful accessories which I got to use and artwork which enhanced all the furnishings. On the left you see an arch which we created that originally led from that condos entryway.
