A small 2nd floor laundry room was added to this 1910 home during a master suite addition. The linen closet (see painted white doors left) was double sided (peninsula tall pantry cabinet) to the master suite bathroom for ease of folding and storing bathroom towels. Stacked metal shelves held a laundry basket for each member of the household. A custom tile shower pan was installed to catch any potential leaks or plumbing issues that may occur down the road....and prevent ceiling damage in rooms beneath. The shelf above holds a steam generator for the walk in shower in the adjacent master bathroom.

The stainless steel double oven and range hood compliment the white cabinetry and metal hardware. Warm tones in the stonewood granite backsplash and island countertop add interest and depth. A leaky garden tub is replaced by a walk-in shower featuring marble bullnose accents. The homeowner found the dresser on Craigslist and refinished it for a shabby-chic vanity with sleek modern vessel sinks. Patio - contemporary patio idea in New York with a fireplace

It was pretty much a blank area but with some elevation issues. The seating wall served 2 purposes as a seating space but also to retain some of the patio. Natural fieldstone steppers lead from the driveway area to the patio. An assortment of perennials and plantings soften the hardscape project. Serviceberry, hybrid dogwood, and a large dwarf pine are the anchor plants. We also created a raised vegetable garden space off the patio too. Marc Depoto (Hillside Nurseries Inc.)

this dog wash is a great place to clean up your pets and give them the spa treatment they deserve. There is even an area to relax for your pet under the counter in the padded cabinet.
