There is also a custom cabana with kitchen, big screen tv, fireplace, Primo grill, overhead fan, cam lights all for enjoyment & relaxation. The diving board is recessed and there is lighting around the steps for safety. Fire/water bowls were used for focal points in both the daytime & nighttime. Designed by Mike Farley.

Project includes a stone beach entry, swim up bar to a cabana with retractable glass windows, and a lot of rock. Project was designed by MIKE FARLEY & co designed by Charlie Claffey. Outdoor entertaining area with barbecue and fire pit. Travertine decking pads were separated by grass to allow for a softening of the area. Since area was raised and retaining walls installed to make this area, drainage was put in to allow for the watering of the lawn without affecting the integrity of the walls.
