Our client commissioned us to design and install a very high standard home automation system for Field House, a stunning home in north London. The works involved implementing the Savant control system to integrate Lutron lighting with lighting circuits, keypads. This also included audio distribution with audio zones with indoor and outdoor speakers and 5.1 Dolby Surround, along with video distribution to zones of 4K video. The Savant system also integrated zones of heating and cooling, automated door entry with doorstation and touchscreens controlling the automated gates with 4K security cameras. Delivering Field House to a high specification, 5 Bedrooms with ensuites were created along with a kitchen, dining, conservatory, family room, living room, office, gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and private park. The Field House project was delivered to a very high specification standard and was well received by the client.

Our client wanted to do something unique with a theater build. We were able to tie in their fandom to Star Wars directly into their starry night ceiling. We delivered a home automation project for a beautiful mansion located in north London. This installation incorporated the Control4 control system, enabling integration of lighting with lighting circuits and keypads. This also included audio distribution to audio zones with indoor and outdoor speakers and a 11.2 Dolby Atmos Home Cinema, along with video distribution to zones of 4K video. The Control4 system also integrated zones of heating and cooling, an automated door entry with doorstation and touchscreens controlling the automated gate and 4K security cameras. 5 ensuite bedrooms were created along with a kitchen, living room, lounge, office, WC, gym, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, pool lounge with bar, changing room, massage room, play room, home cinema. This was completed to a very high standard, pleasing the client.

Complete Home Automation & AV which started as a "Dive-In Theater” concept. Essentially floating in a pool on mattresses and “floaties” while watching movies on a super wide screen. Almost everything disappears in the 5000 square foot pool and games room addition until you hit “Watch” and that’s when all the action begins! 180” diagonal motorized / recessed projection screen lowers from the ceiling inside a custom wood pocket, (from Screen Innovations) followed by the Epsom 4K – 6000 lumen projector lowering down approx 1 meter from a fully recessed motorized lift (from within a custom made birds nest) for high def projection in even the most highly lit spaces. Theater surround sound comes on to complete the performance which is achieved by using including 12 – 150 watt - in-wall “Nakymatone Invisible Wall speakers” and 1000 watts of sub woofers. The rest of the addition and the existing custom home will be updated to include a complete home automation package including distributed audio & video throughout, security cameras and recording equipment, networking equipment, some lighting dimmers and keypads as well as a new Control4 touch panel for visual control of the property. Gate controllers and other devices were also added to the project.
