Thanks to the new spacious patio there is now a perfect spot available for outdoor dining. It’s conveniently situated just steps from the kitchen walkout and BBQ. Everyone’s appetite seems to be better too, especially after an afternoon of vigorous fun in the pool.

This was a backyard renovation. There was an existing plastic tub pond with many perennials around it. We took out everything, saved as many perennials as we could and installed a new rubber lined, natural ecosystem pond, stream and waterfall. We redesigned the area and created a couple different seating areas along with a pathway over the stream. Transplanted the perennials and added a few new plants to add interest all year long. A year after installation we added an accent spillway bowl to the feature. They make great additions to existing water features or make great stand alone features. They can add extra movement to dead spots in ponds and more oxygen to the water. We put tropical plants in the bowl for extra filtration as well.

A pipe runs from there up to a BioFalls Filter and into an overflowing waterfall, where it falls back into the reservoir. The Master Bath offers a freestanding tub, huge walk-in shower, private water closet, and lots of counter-top space. The tub features a stone backs-plash with separate hand shower and filler water controls. The tub filler is handmade from copper piping. There is a glass pane behind the tub that overlooks into the shower. The spacious walk-in shower offers room for the entire family, but it works just as well for one or two people. The water closet has its own space offering extra privacy.
