Here, we show installation of exterior-grade magnesium oxide board, or MgO board over Huberwood sheathing. Its low carbon footprint and virtual imperviousness to water, flood, and fire, make it an ideal choice. . This remarkable, foundation-on-up renovation is currently underway. The home sits in a dense forest at the edge of a 50+ foot waterfall with awe inspiring views! We'll keep you posted as things progress.

Walls were currently painted a color from Dunn Edwards called DE 5364 Coffee Cream, a light yellow hue and a spice color for accent. The walls were sanded with 150 grit using a Full Circle sanding system connected to Festool HEPA vacuum. to remove all previous imperfections. New main color applied is SW 7036 Accessible Beige and the accent SW 7039 Virtual Taupe. Accent color was used to change one accent wall in master bed room.

The dam is located off Myers Chapel Road, about 3 miles southeast of Hayesville, at the Barnett Bridge in North Carolina just over the Towns County, GA. line. Chatuge Dam is 144 feet high and stretches 2,850 feet across the Hiwassee River. Chatuge reservoir covers about 7200 acres, with approximately 133 miles of shoreline, and a flood-storage capacity of 62,619 acre-feet. Although Chatuge was originally built to for water storage to help prevent flooding downstream, it currently serves many purposes, including flood control, electric power generation, augmentation of water flows for navigation downstream, and provides numerous recreational opportunities, including boating, swimming, skiing, camping, hiking and fishing. Envision Virtual Tours The town of Blue Ridge offers eclectic shopping and dining in a quaint small town setting. With the historic Blue Ridge Depot at its center, Blue Ridge is a center for arts and galleries, antiques, unique shopping and eateries. Blue Ridge was once considered an elite health resort because of its pure mineral waters. It was established as a railroad town, with the depot at its heart.
