American Restoration combines two of the most expensive and high-end trends in the hardwood flooring industry. We are excited because our product offers these really pricey trends in an affordable floor! Elegantly rustic, reclaimed-wood styling with very distinctive markings. This style, paired with a rich oil-stained finish look, creates a stunningly beautiful floor and is reminiscent of old worn barnwood.
One of the hottest visuals and environmental trends is utilizing reclaimed wood. Much of this wood is resourced from the beautiful old barns you see dotting the rural countryside. These barns are quickly disappearing. To use this product for flooring can cost upward of $50 to $100 per square foot. We have created the look of this authentic reclaimed character in a running line product!
The second hottest trend – an oil-rubbed finish – has been one of the most popular hardwood flooring choices in Europe and has now found its way to the states. An oilrubbed
finish is a more natural way to finish a wood floor, and it creates a very low gloss visual that really accentuates the grain of the wood. This is a sand and finish technique
that is not only a very laborious and time consuming process, but it is not very durable. A traditional oil-rubbed finish requires reapplication several times a year. Thanks to the advantages of Shaw’s hardwood finish – ScufResist Platinum – we can create this elegant look without all the maintenance.
We have combined these two looks to bring you a floor that presents the authentic, skip-sawn look of reclaimed wood – rich with history and human touch, but with a fresh
sophistication for today’s design-aware lifestyles. A floor that expresses a sense of caring and character. A floor with great substance and style. A floor with a vintage look combined with state-of-the-art technology. A floor that can live in any setting! And of course... it is made right here.

Door style: Covington | Species: Eucalyptus | Finish: Truffle with Ebony glaze
Island: Casual Vintage Soft Cream
The compact central island is a work of art in its own right. The subtle Casual Vintage finish adds an impression of gentle aging, while the glass mullion door on the end creates a home for cookbooks. Carved posts on the corners of the island contribute a lot of visual interest, as does the detailed base molding.

Office interior CG render is a great tool to present interior design of a workplace in photorealistic quality. The architect was aware of that fact when he set a goal to showcase all the features of the fresh office space that includes several zones for productive collegial work, individual tasks and relaxing. Thus, armed with a powerful CGI image, he managed to successfully present his client an alternative architectural approach to office interior design. Truly, how can one not make an impression with such a lifelike computer-generated 3D render?

Hello there,
this is my last project for Sinkology and Pfister Faucets companies. I was asked to prepare fully computer generated images showing new products (kitchen sinks and faucets) in a commercial manner. The goal was to prepare few different combinations of products in 3 different surroundings - contemporary, classic and transitional style.
Funny part of this project was to understand and soak into american taste which differs a lot from european.
Hope You enjoy!

Door style: Covington | Species: Eucalyptus | Finish: Truffle with Ebony glaze
Island: Casual Vintage Soft Cream
This family home is in a beautiful wooded setting on a winding, secluded street. When it was time to remodel, it was certainly worth doing it right. The homeowners chose Showplace eucalyptus cabinetry in the timeless Covington raised-panel door style. The warm Truffle stain was accented with subtle Ebony glazing. The painted island offers visual counterpoint, and uses the graceful Casual Vintage finish in Soft Cream.

James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Replacement — Littleton, Colorado
Project Summary:
Complete exterior transformation using James Hardie HardiePlank fiber cement siding in Light Mist with coordinating Arctic White trim. Installation completed to Elite Preferred Contractor specifications, qualifying for full 30-year James Hardie product warranty and 15-year ColorPlus finish warranty.
Materials Installed:
• James Hardie HardiePlank lap siding — Light Mist ColorPlus finish
• James Hardie trim and fascia — Arctic White
• Complete soffit integration with proper ventilation
• All flashing and water management details engineered to specification
Design & Aesthetic:
The Light Mist finish delivers a modern, sophisticated palette that complements Littleton's residential character. Arctic White trim creates crisp architectural definition and visual separation between walls and roof lines. The clean horizontal profile of HardiePlank lap siding provides classic curb appeal with contemporary minimalism.
Why Fiber Cement for Littleton Homes:
Littleton experiences Colorado's signature freeze-thaw climate — repeated daily temperature swings that challenge standard siding materials. James Hardie HZ5 formulation is engineered specifically for Colorado's elevation and weather extremes. The fiber cement composite is dimensionally stable through thousands of freeze-thaw cycles, resists moisture absorption and rot, and meets fire-resistant requirements for increasing home value and insurance considerations.
ColorPlus Technology:
The factory-applied ColorPlus finish is kiln-baked and UV-stabilized at the manufacturing facility — not field-painted. It resists fading, peeling, and chalking through 15+ years of Colorado's intense sun exposure. The warranty is realistic for Littleton's altitude and climate, not national averages.
Installation Quality:
This project was installed by 5280 Exteriors, a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor. Elite Preferred status requires verified installation quality, ongoing manufacturer training, and demonstrated track record. Only Elite Preferred Contractors can issue the full 30-year product warranty and 15-year ColorPlus warranty. Standard installation does not qualify.
Performance Advantages:
• Zero maintenance required — no annual painting, staining, or sealing
• Non-combustible material — meets fire-resistant standards
• Engineered for Colorado's freeze-thaw climate zones
• 30-year product warranty (Elite Preferred installation)
• 15-year ColorPlus finish warranty
• Increases resale value in competitive Littleton market
• Improves energy efficiency through proper wall air sealing
Before & After Transformation:
The before condition shows aging, weathered siding. The after transformation reveals a modern exterior with clean lines, architectural definition, and premium material quality. The Light Mist and Arctic White palette creates a cohesive, intentional aesthetic that enhances the home's curb appeal and overall property value.

Wolfgang Trost of Wolfgang Trost Architects creates homes, whether new construction, or remodels that feel natural and easy. In the case of new construction, involving architects, home builders, contractors and general contractors, an architect plays a pivotal role in the process. Whether in searching for a building site, or placing a new home well on a building site, architects can give guidance so the end product feels fresh, inviting, and easy instead of forced or contrived. Many times, this is done through visual connections from different parts of the home. For example, an entry serves as a transition point. When I come in, I see a warm hearth with a fire going. I also see a bar where several people can gather. I see an extended view through the great room to the outdoor patio and pool. These visual connections are important to lead people through the home. Contractors involved in the construction process as well as home builders, general contractors and architects should all be adept at this philosophy and execution.
Now some architects may not view a project in this way, but I believe there can be "destinations" within a home. One may "discover" a sweet little quiet spot by a window to read, or an inviting outdoor living space. A contractor or home builders can be encouraged to develop these areas as a project evolves. After all, that's what makes a home have a certain feel.
Connections are created visually. As contractors install raised, architectural windows, this may allow for a visual connection to an outdoor living space, or natural feature such as a lake. The best designs incorporate some depth to both the yard and home from different viewing spots around the home. Have a general contractor rotate a bathroom wall slightly and you may catch a view you hadn't seen before.
All these small details add up to create a home with feel. That's what homeowners want, a great feel
