The city of Laguna Niguel's remolded City Hall is currently a first class facility designed to be a community focal point. Since the two-story, 40,800 sq. ft. facility incorporates space for police services, city department offices, council offices and chambers, a community center, garden and an amphitheater, sound control is very important. So, Fabric Wallcraft of California, Inc. installed 1” 16/6 acoustic/tackable, rigid fiberglass board acoustical panel cores with 1” beveled edge FabriTRAK® acoustic wall systems, site-fabricated with Knoll Textiles fabrics on the walls of the hallways, entryways, lobby, conference room, community room, and council chambers to ensure speech clarity, privacy, non-reverberation, and functionality.

This gorgeous wide plank antique Oak is our most requested floor! With dramatic widths ranging from 6 to 12 inches (14 inches in some cases), you can easily bring an old-world charm into your home. This product comes to you completely pre-finished and ready to install. We start by hand sanding the surface, beveling the edges ever so slightly, and being careful to preserve the historical integrity of the planks. Typically, about 80% of your flooring will be "Smooth" with the remaining 20% having a slight texture from the original saw kerfs. This material will also have nail holes, knots, and checks which only adds to the unique character. Next, we apply Waterlox, a tung oil based sealant with or without stain added. Finally, 3 coats of Vermont Polywhey finish are added with a hand buffing between coats. The result is a luxurious satiny finish that you can only get from Historic Flooring! Inspiration for a rustic family room remodel in Los Angeles

An historic estate in the Hamptons, this project called for style-appropriate long-lasting hardware. The arched gates were outfitted with solid bronze gate latches, hinges, and cane bolts. Gates were hung with 4” Solid Bronze Heavy Duty Button Tip Hinges. Solid Bronze 20” Cane Bolts hold the fixed gate in place. The gates had relatively narrow stiles (vertical members) and so the box latch was used. The box latch has a shorter latching arm, which means it can be used on gates with narrow stiles. On the other side is a 5” plate with octagonal handle. NB: These site photos were taken from an active construction site in the midst of winter. Gates and hardware show rain and dirt.

This Austin 'man cave' required a unique installation where the door did not intrude into the living area. The door follows the roof line to create maximum space, air and light into the room, allowing the owner to entertain friends and family with ease. For this unique installation, we used a LIftMaster operator mount to secure the track to the ceiling. This bracket was customized to match the hardware of the overhead full-view garage door, as well as the homeowner's chandelier. The door was custom-built and expertly installed by Cedar Park Overhead Doors, which has been serving the greater Austin area for more than 30 years. Photo credit: Jenn Leaver

These character maple cabinets, done in evergreen java, with a vintage finish look great in this beach themed home. Adding to the functionality of a beach home is the raised bar to accommodate additional guests and the pebble backsplash compliments the linear lines of the Cambria counter-top to complete the look.
