The wall and doorway came down between the kitchen and dining room. A prep space and seating were created at the new peninsula. By bumping the exterior wall into the dining room, it allowed for symmetrical space on both sides of the window.

Obelisk Home was given the challenge of creating a 4 year old boys bedroom using their existing furniture, but make it feel grown up. The little boy is very active. We selected new bedding, a rug, art, lighting, a custom paint color, and re-invented simple furniture to make a little boy’s paradise. Grays, oranges, blues and creams were selected to coordinate a shared bath used by a young boy and a newborn sister. Tile, decorative tile and wallpaper were the key in creating a well-blended space. The original pool was replaced with a new gunite pool, which is surrounded by a French patterned stone. Multiple seating areas make it perfect for hosting.

Many of the construction guys have been working with Innovative Construction for years and they are the most thoughtful, happiest and hardworking crew we have ever been around.
