Isla HomesSeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.

Old Hampshire Designs IncThis unique Old Hampshire Designs timber frame home has a rustic look with rough-cut beams and tongue and groove ceilings, and is finished with hard wood floors through out. The centerpiece fireplace is of all locally quarried granite, built by local master craftsmen. This Lake Sunapee area home features a drop down bed set on a breezeway perfect for those cool summer nights.

The screened wall was made using a custom wooden barn door as the sliding panel in the center. Picture a barn door where the center wood panel is replaced with screen. All of the openings you see here are screens, not glass, even the lower ones below the railing.

Renovations By Bill, Inc.Converted a water damaged breezeway into a functional multi purpose space. The previous sheet rock ceiling was low and water damaged. We opened the space by removing the sheet rock and reframing in order to expose the existing vaulted ceiling that was previously hidden. We poured new concrete floors and installed new lights and fans. To complete the space, we installed stained wood with UV screens on both ends of the breezeway in order to allow for a breeze without the intense heat and bugs.
